This boutique hotel recently opened has all the confort for a nice and elegant stay in Gyumri. The rooms are big, well equipped, beautiful. We received a very warm welcoming. Could only recommend this beautiful hotel very close to the main activities.

Cons:

If there is one small area for improvement, it would be the bedding, which could perhaps be made a little more comfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Einfach nur perfekt und wunderschön!
Pros:

Ein sehr perfekt geführtes und ausgestattetes kleines Hotel/Homestay in fantastischer Lage in Gyumri. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross, die Einrichtung perfekt abgestimmt, sowohl farblich, als auch funktional. Wäscheservice möglich, toller Friseur-Tipp und Taxi für einen fairen Preis buchbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Gyumri kommen, werden wir immer wieder dort buchen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Невероятно красивый отель! Он в 10 минутах ходьбы до центра, в приятном районе. Приняли очень гостеприимно, хозяйка помогала абсолютно со всем

Propreté et accueil professionnel

Cons:

Malheureusement pas de petit déjeuner proposé. L'hébergement est situé dans une rue non revêtue et un quartier pauvre de Gyumri. Il faut cependant ressortir pour diner et petit déjeuner

Amazing modern accomodation and lovely wine.
Pros:

The property has three rooms I think. We had two of these and they are connected by a small landing area. The bedrooms are extremely modern and of a high standard. Separate toilet and hand basin. Separate shower. Fridge and kettle supplied.

Cons:

Gyumri is still suffering the after effects of the earthquake and this accomodation is down a pot holed lane. A bit hard to find. However once inside the courtyard everything is beautiful.
