The swimming pool was too small :( It's a little difficult for an adult to swim properly, and also a little uncomfortable for kids to play on the water.

Tropical Paradise not far from Jakarta

Pros:

I daughter love the outdoor tub. Very Big area. I always Love resort type hotel when im on vacation.

Cons:

I came from far, and i put a remarks on my booking saying im a cancer patient, and i need a Good room to rest heal.

Day 1, i heard sounds like door banging from mid night till 3am. I call lobby, no action taken,
Day 2, IT happened again. They offer to change room, i said i change tomoro. Its mid night 1am already.
Day 3, water dropping adn causes wet floor. I have to take 2 dusbin for the waterfall. Ok finally, i change room, but unfortunately no Netflix on tv for my New room. Ontop of that, i have a 10cm milipede and also a cockroach. Ms. Kayla send me a WhatsApp to get feedback on the room. But she didnt reply at all after i reply her with my story.
Well atleast say sorry or what..

Anyway, i Love Novotel, but to Novotel Bogor, there are still many things that you need to be improved. Pls take all feedback seriously.

Doesn't match at all - price & quality
Pros:

Nice reception area to walk, good breakfast. And it is all.

Cons:

I booked a room with bath, but reality is far away from a photos on a site. Unfortunately, I had to change room and both of them had an ugly outside baths. I hadn't any wish to take it and enjoy. Fridge in the room (see on the photos I attached) - no comments and disgusting. Hotel need to make a huge efforts for its renovation, extremely overpriced for current facility quality. Pool is under reconstruction as well.

Don’t be fooled by the nice lobby and surroundings the room quality is poor and seriously disappointing.
Pros:

Overall the hotel is very nice starting with lobby, surrounding, design and architecture

Cons:

Room felt outdated and poorly maintained the bed was uncomfortable, the AC was noisy and not cooling properly, and the bathroom looked dirty. Even clothes felt damp due to poor ventilation, making the stay quite unpleasant.
