Great hotel and lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. The infinity pool has great views over the city. Nice location if you don’t want to be right in the centre. Tuk tuks easy to get up and down the hill.

Cons:

Our driver took a rogue route on the initial arrival and the roads were interesting, follow signs not Google/Apple Maps.

Pros:

The pool and lounge area were a wonderful surprise and added to the overall experience. The location is excellent, with an easy to travel Kandy City, Market, cafes, restaurants, and other attractions.

The infinity pool was the main highlight of the property, offering stunning views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent, and the overall setting is calm and enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and well-equipped with necessary amenities, and the interior design was comfortable and modern. Staff were friendly and supportive throughout the stay. Food options were good with a mix of local and international dishes, including vegetarian options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good value for money.

Cons:

Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. A few small improvements could make the experience even better, such as enhancing attention to ongoing maintenance, specifically to moisture-related wear in rooms that comes naturally with the hilltop Kandy climate, helping keep the property in its best condition throughout the year. It would also be helpful if the signage along Hanthana Road was made a bit more visible, as some boards were partially covered by greenery, and clearer guidance would make navigation easier since map directions can sometimes be inaccurate in the area.

Overall, good place to take a break. Clean and fresh air. Lots of greenery. No disturbance.
Pros:

Portion size for al a carte food was very good. Location and Scenery were great.
Staff were excellent.
Very homely atmosphere

Not worth the money.
Pros:

The property is at a very secluded location with a very beautiful view of the city overlooking, an infinite pool and amazing weather but, we weren’t given a room with these facilities

Cons:

We were provided a room in adjacent building with poor wifi connectivity, no service, also surprisingly 3-4 veg options only in the menu. Spring rolls were only 3 as an appetiser with no taste.
The food quality was inconsistent and was definitely reheated and served later for dinner.
Talking to the manager also didn’t help us much as he was reluctant on agreeing to feedback.

Beautiful Location | Friendly staff | Delecious Food
Pros:

Skyloft is located in a beautiful tranquil landscape and they have maintained a beautiful garden surrounded with flowery flora. Anyway, the staff was very friendly and I should mention Mr. Duminda is a remarkable person among them. Room was very clean and there was a small library for reading enthusiasts. Breakfast was also provided with food varieties and you must try that “chicken curry with pol sambola”. The request I made for room decoration had been made stunning. If you seek for a breathtaking view in a beautiful environment I’ll recommend this place.

établissement qui présente très bien, personnel agréable et serviable.
nous sommes arrivés tard et repartis tôt, pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine qui pourtant est très belle, nous avons apprécié le repas au restaurant rooftop de l'hôtel
