Looks luxurious - doesn’t feel it.

Beautiful property with modern amenities.

Cons:

As a luxury hospitality professional and frequent business traveler, I was disappointed by my stay here. This claims to be a 5-star hotel, but the service standard certainly is not. The front desk and F&B staff were distant and unhelpful with basic requests. Most of the staff I encountered struggled with basic English communication which is unusual for a 5-star business hotel. As a solo female traveler, the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The single redeeming element was the spa receptionist, whose outstanding service single-handedly saved the stay.

Cons:

Das Abendessen war leider schlecht. Kaum Auswahl und teilweise überkocht. Es ist nicht wirklich ein Hotel der 5 Sternekategorie. 2 - 3 Sterne maximal.
