Tolles zentrales modernes Hotel
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt.
Direkt an der Victoria Station und 15 Min zu Fuß zur Westminster Abbey.
Das Hotel ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll und sehr sauber.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.
Das komplette Personal ist höflich und aufmerksam.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, toller Ausblick aus der 10. Etage.
Das Frühstück ist sensationell.
Es gibt einfach alles.
Ein perfekter Aufenthalt , absolut empfehlenswert.

Fantastic location, nice room (if the air-conditioning works) and an amazing location

Fantastic location, you are close to the tube, shops, amazing restaurants etc

Cons:

The air-conditioning didn’t work on the first night, so our room was 29°c - I spoke to reception twice who was supposed to be sending somebody but never did so I didn’t get any sleep on the first night. This was rectified for the second evening and a comfortable sleep was had by all.

Superou minhas expectativas!
Pros:

A localização é privilegiada, bem perto da Victoria Station, hub importante de ônibus e metros, além de dar para ir a pé a muitos lugares. O café da manhã vale muito a pena, o buffet é muito sortido e tudo de muita qualidade.

Cons:

Não houve nenhum ponto negativo. O que eu faria diferente era ter escolhido com quatro com janela. Não que o sem janela me incomodou, mas eu gosto de abrir a cortina e ver como está o tempo.

Really great stay. I would have given it 10/10 save for having to go outside to get to breakfast.
Pros:

I was really impressed with this hotel. The rooms are a good size - huge by London standards. The bathrooms were roomy and modern and you could cast from iPad to TV which is not always a given even in 2026. The staff were approachable and friendly. Breakfast was to a high standard. Lots of options and no queuing.

Cons:

The breakfast room is in a part of the hotel that can only be reached by going outside and crossing a fairly busy road. It wasn’t an issue for me in the middle of a heatwave but would be less than ideal in poor weather. Also I imagine it would be challenging for some people.

La ubicación es perfecta

Llevo hospedándome en este hotel ya muchos años, en total 9 veces he estado aquí y la calidad del trato ha bajado en picado, por no decir que están muy lejos de los estándares de calidad y detallista. Es la 9ª vez que me hospedo aquí y ha sido gol colofón. Pedí detalles en la habitación porque íbamos para celebrar el 50 cumpleaños de mi marido...y nada de nada, ni con la petición formal en la reserva se dignaron a poner una triste botella de cava. Pero ni comentándolo en la recepción han intentado solventar con ningún detalle la 2ª noche....fatal. Pero la vez anterior en Diciembre con los niños fue ya penosa. Está claro que ya no vamos a volver, en la zona hay otros que ya probamos en el pasado que están igual y nos trataron mejor.

Cons:

The treadmill in the gym was basic (not necessarily a bad thing) but also very noisy and wobbled a lot. Some fans in the gym would also be nice, it is quite hot.
