A decent stay at a nice property, but it was let down by disorganized service, an isolated location.
Pros:

The property itself is relatively new and the physical building is fine. Despite the service oversights, the staff were very humble and apologetic, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

Once we arrived, we noticed a lack of attention to detail. Our guest numbers and room facilities were not pre-managed or set up properly prior to check-in. Additionally, there is no basic bell service—staff did not assist with carrying bags to the room, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber. The location is also a drawback; it feels somewhat isolated, making it difficult to get around. Because of this, we opted for the dinner buffet, only to find the options quite limited. Overall, while the property itself is nice, the stay was definitely hampered by early billing issues and service oversights.

Excellent hôtel que je recommande vivement
Pros:

Cet hôtel a été notre premier au Népal.
Nous avons été très satisfait de la prestation.
L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, il est isolé de la ville et offre une magnifique vue tout en étant proche de Kathmandu.
La première nuit nous avions eu du bruit et le personnel a vraiment fait le nécessaire pour s’excuser du dérangement (indépendant de leur volonté) et causée par des clients qui n’ont pas été respectueux.
Nous avons donc apprécié l’effort réalisé pour pouvoir satisfaire le client.
Le personnel est particulière, particulièrement agréable, sympathique.
J’ai également profité du spa, ce qui était extrêmement agréable.
Nous étions partis pour deux nuits, nous avons fini par en prendre cinq.
Autre mention : le restaurant est véritablement excellent.
C’est un véritable cheffe qui prépare le repas.
Nous avons ensuite fait d’autres hôtels, mais vraiment le meilleur restaurant était bien celui de l’hôtel Lemon.
Je vous conseille donc de prendre vos repas directement sur place car les tarifs sont les plus est plutôt abordables.
Une. Mention toute particulière au manager qui nous a donné des conseils précieux.
Nous avons réorienter notre voyage grâce à lui et à ses conseils.
