Nie wrócimy w to miejsce.
Pros:

Apartament duży, czysty, w dobrej lokalizacji. Dobrze wyposażony.

Cons:

Już przy odbiorze kluczy był problem z zamkiem w drzwiach wejściowych. Przez cały pobyt trzeba było z nimi walczyć, to po naszej stronie było dzwonienie zgłaszanie usterki (nonsens żeby to gość musiał się martwić o to czy da radę zamknąć albo otworzyć drzwi!), a serwis w końcu i tak nie przyjechał przez cały tydzień! Czasem trzeba było 10 minut próbować aby zamknąć czy otworzyć drzwi. Do tego do apartamentu jest jeden komplet kluczy, co przy 5 osobach było uprzykrzające, bo trzeba bylo zawsze wychodzić i wchodzić razem. Basen to tak naprawdę większa wanna, ciągle zatłoczona tak, że bez sensu tam wchodzić mimo, że to jeszcze nie sezon. Sala zabaw dla dzieci zniszczona i malutka. Miejsce garażowe jedno do apartamentu, tak ciasne, ze większym autem jak zaparkujesz, to nie wyjdziesz. Lepiej się modlić żeby sąsiada obok nie było, bo większe auto może w ogóle nie zaparkować. dodatkowe miejsce dla drugiego auta 50zl/doba. Śniadania smaczne, spore porcje, przywożone przez firmę ok. 8:00, przy wychodzeniu na szlaki z samego rana bez większego sensu. Dość monotonne, 3/4 powtarza się codziennie.

Cons:

The configuration of the bed/sofa bed situation was a little tricky. Also the pool area did not open until 2pm.

Ausstattung war Top. Als Ergänzung vielleicht noch eine Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung stellen.

Cons:

Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Fenster sind undicht ( Lärm von draußen).

Falscher WC Sitz. Tiefgaragen Platz sehr beengt mit einem großen Auto.

Pros:

Kompleks apartamentów Stara Polana położony jest blisko centrum Zakopanego. Znajduje się około: 900 m od Krupówek, 650 m od dworca PKP i PKS. Spokojna okolica - nieco na uboczu, z łatwym dostępem do atrakcji turystycznych. Na miejscu dostępne są miejsca parkingowe - często w garażu podziemnym. Goście mogą liczyć na dobrze wyposażone apartamenty, dostęp do strefy relaksu (basenu i sauny). To dobre miejsce zarówno na odpoczynek, jak i aktywne zwiedzanie.

Apartament dobrze urządzony świetna lokalizacja jak ktoś chce być blisko centrum. Polecam

Cons:

Basen to większą wanna na zdjęciu wygląda zdecydowanie lepiej niż na żywo. Sauna też bardzo mała. Widok z pokoju na ulicę i główny plac.

Odstający dywan już poklejony prowizorycznie niestety dziecko mi się wywróciło bo odstawał …. Suszarka na pranie też była zepsuta nie chodziła sauna sucha przez cały pobyt oraz jacuzzi.

A stressful and disappointing stay with poor communication, maintenance issues, and unacceptable standards throughout.

Spacious living room with an open plan kitchenette including dining table. Car parking space.

Cons:

Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The apartment is located on one of the busiest main roads in Zakopane, with constant traffic noise. Several maintenance issues made the stay uncomfortable: the balcony doors wouldn’t shut, there was no light in one bedroom until we requested a bulb replacement, blinds were broken in one bedroom leaving no natural light, and the fridge door had no handle. The sofa bed was also broken and very difficult to use.

Cleanliness was below standard. The bedding and sheets were stained, and the mattress was not properly covered as the sheet was too small. The swimming pool was misleading and more like a large bath given the number of guest having access to it, there was also no changing facilities. They expected you to come in your swimsuit despite it being in a different building, no swimming pool towels were provided.

Breakfast arrangements were unacceptable. Although we paid for breakfast, there was no communication about it. We had to call to arrange it ourselves. It was left by the door with no drinks provided — no coffee, juice, or even water.

Communication with the company was poor throughout. On arrival day, we were told to message 30 minutes before arrival, but received no response when we did. After arriving, we had to call again and were informed the contact person was at least 40 minutes away. We were told to collect keys from security and then wait in the apartment for him to complete check-in, which included signing a lengthy contract full of terms and conditions in very small print.

The check-out process was equally complicated, requiring us to contact the company again the day before departure. We were later told to leave the keys with security as the representative could not attend. The entire process was unnecessarily stressful and required multiple calls and arrangements just to check in and out.
