Все чисто, сучасно, стильно, є все для комфортного відпочинку, є зона відпочинку поза номером, поряд метро, паркінг під вікном і безкоштовно.

Cons:

Ресторан не працює постійно - але поряд їх багато біля озера і це не проблема. Майте на увазі, що поряд церква і якщо ви хочете поспати то навряд це Вам вдасться бо дзвони Вас розбудять обов'язково.

die Lage: je nachdem was man will. man kann nett was trinken oder essen gehen am Phönix See, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch gleich nebenbei und Kaffeehäuser. Check in war unkompliziert. Mit dem Taxi/Uber ist man auch schnell und kostengünstig unterwegs
wir hatten versehentlich Frühstück gebucht, da wurde schnell seitens Sellmanns reagiert und sofort rückgebucht, das war super unkompliziert

Cons:

wir hatten nicht darauf geachtet ob es einen Lift gibt (unser Fehler), das ist mit großem Koffer mühsam. haben großen Balkon gebucht, der ist aber nicht zu verwenden weil es geregnet hat und dieser nicht überdacht war. Das ist schade.
Frühstück hatten wir keines deshalb kann ich es nicht beurteilen.
für den Preis hätte ich mir solche Kleinigkeiten erwartet wie das Trio in der Dusche: Duschgel, Shampoo, Conditioner (Frauen schätzen das :-) )

Tolles Familienzimmer mit kleinen Abzügen.
Pros:

Klasse Hotel mit Super Familienzimmer und toller Ausstattung. Einen Parkplatz findet man immer vor dem Hotel oder fußläufig auf einem Parkplatz in der Seitenstraße. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Familienzimmer befinden sich im Dachgeschoss ohne Aufzug und die Zimmer verfügen über viele Dachschrägen.
