Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in allen Bereichen übertroffen.
Pros:

Wir wurden von sehr freundlichem und kompetentem Personal betreut. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, geräumig und makellos sauber. Das reichhaltige Frühstück war hervorragend und liess keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war bestens und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Tolle Lage, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Positiv überrascht von der guten Lage, obwohl mitten im Einkaufszentrum. Die Busanbindung nach Locarno und Ascona ist super.
Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Cons:

Bis wir unsere Ticino-Tickets hatten, brauchte es drei Anläufe. Aber das kann man gut verkraften.
