- в кімнаті не відкривалися вікна, відчуття повністю закритого простору що не комфортно
- з пергого разу не змогли нормально запрограмувати карту-ключ і доводилося просити на рецепції допомоги коли не змогли скористатися ліфтом, замість того щоб одразу допомогти змусили пробувати знову і знову
- сніданок дуже посередній і всі абсолютно страви були пересолені
- відсутність фену - це базова потреба у будь якому готелі
- дуже погана звукоїзоляція, кожне слово чути за стіною, як і будь який рух або звуки
