Cons:

Séjour globalement agréable, mais nous avons malheureusement constaté la présence de quelques cafards dans la chambre. C’est un point qui mériterait davantage d’attention, notamment au niveau de l’entretien et du traitement des chambres.

Cela n’enlève pas les qualités de l’établissement, mais une amélioration sur cet aspect rendrait le séjour beaucoup plus confortable.

Don’t stay there.

Cons:

They gave us a dark, small room. Smelled like cigarettes, cigarette burns in the curtains. No lamps, just a light bulb in the middle of the room. No sheets, only two small pillows. I called the manager and told him this was not the room they showed in Booking. After a while, he agreed to change our room. The new room was better but still not great. It was very hot and it had an old air conditioner that didn’t work. Bathroom shower and toilet were leaking and bathroom floor was wet. The hotel is listed as a resort, with restaurants. Old restaurant was closed. Nowhere to eat.
We reserved a ride to the airport at midnight. The ride was on time but an old, small car. The trunk didn’t open, no seat belts, very unsafe.

房間比我想像中的大很多
設備有點老舊不過非常齊全
還附早餐,老闆打包讓我們在車上吃
以凌晨才落地想找個地方睡覺來說性價比極高

Was Ok for a short time period.
Cons:

The room was quite dark, and although two towels were provided, both were torn and in poor condition. I was also disappointed to find gecko droppings on the bed, which I unfortunately sat on before noticing them. This raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room.

The Wi-Fi connection was poor, and I had to rely on my own mobile data for internet access. While I understand that the room is offered at a budget-friendly price, it is disappointing when facilities advertised on Booking.com are either unavailable or do not meet expectations.

I also ordered chicken fried rice, but no drinking water was provided with the meal. I had to walk to the office to request water separately.

On a positive note, the manager was helpful, friendly, and willing to assist whenever needed. However, another staff member, who appeared to be the chef, came across as unfriendly and unapproachable during my stay.

Overall, there are some areas that would benefit from improvement, particularly cleanliness, room maintenance, Wi-Fi reliability, and consistency in customer service.

Pros:

On the plus side: I was given a gas stove to cook and dishes.

Cons:

on the downside: the air conditioner drips water directly onto the bed, the faucet in the washbasin also leaked onto the shower floor, and the crazy receptionist brought tea in the morning whenever she wanted, despite the fact that I asked her at 9 a.m.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement
Cons:

Le personnel etait inexistant , il fallait quémander le papier toilette
Il est indiqué que l on peut manger mais le cuisinier absent , pour le premier soir nous n avions rien à manger…et le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix une grosse blague..rien n etait prevu
Le gérant est parti en catastrophe acheter du pain de mie et des oeufs …pour le prix comparé aux hotels où nous avons séjourné c’est honteux
La piscine pas nettoyée et les abords non entretenus..
À notre arrivée on nous a demandé de payer en espèces car le personnel attendait son salaire
