Don't book tours via the hotel
Pros:

The location, the views, the cave rooms. Our porter was cheerful and helpful. The interior of the rooms was beautiful.

Cons:

We were contacted by Asaf at the hotel via whatsapp prior to leaving Australia asking if we wanted to book any tours. I decided to book the hot air balloon for our group of 3. Upon arrival, there were thunderstorms forecast for the next morning, which is our scheduled day. I asked to change it as we didn't want to be wet and cold. Asaf demanded that we pay a cancellation fee of 45 Euro, which I refused, as that was not what was explained to me. I insisted that our booking be moved a couple of days which he later agreed.

My advice for future travellers is to book your tours through a TripAdvisor or similar closer to your arrival when you have visibility of the weather. It's cheaper, too (we paid 150 Euro each).

The 2 days that we stayed here, it was raining constantly. The ceiling in our room leaked and crumbled ( it's a cave) and our belongings got wet during the night.

Отдыхали в мае, было 2 номера. Были свободные номера и нам повысили категорию номера, за что огромное спасибо. Номер с хамамом и джакузи просто сказка. Очень большие комнаты, камин, кондиционер, не пришлось использовать. Было очень тепло и комфортно, освещение лучшее, много ламп над столом, кроватями, диваном, у зеркала, и в ванной много ламп и все включается отдельно. Хороший матрас и много подушек. 8 бутылок с водой, кофе чай несколько видов. На терассе большой диван, стол со стульями качели, вечером красиво вокруг. Завтрак супер. Шведский стол. Свежеприготовленный омлет и гезлеме с начинками на выбор. Натуральный кофе. Были на машине, но до центра и всех ресторанов ходили пешком 10-15 мин.

Cons:

Восторг, в следующий раз остановимся в этом отеле.

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk behulpzaam probleem oplossend personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Kamers zijn werkelijk prachtig. Schone lakens en handdoeken. Parking op eigen terrein.

Onze schriftelijke verzoeken vooraf waren ondanks toezegging niet bekend bij de receptie. De manager gaf daar een collega de schuld van zonder dat hij bij het gesprek aanwezig was; dat vonden wij niet fair. De blijvende rioollucht in de gehele kamer was gedurende drie dagen een afknapper en stoorde ons enorm. Hotel is gericht op Aziatische groepen. Er ontbreekt veel beplanting op het terrein. Steile niet comfortabele oprijlaan met ongelijke keien. In badkamer her en der wat afgebladderde verf, ontbrekende tegels en niet functionerende verlichting. Waterstroming in whirlpool niet voldoende sterk.

Keyifli ve Rahat Bir Konaklama
Pros:

Odam çok geniş ve ferahtı. Kaldığım odada hamam ve büyük bir küvet olması gerçekten hoşuma gitti. Otopark konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadım, otelin kendi otoparkı gayet geniş.

Kahvaltı da oldukça güzeldi. Bir teyzemiz istediğiniz gibi gözleme yapıyor, diğer aşçımız da canınız nasıl isterse yumurtayı anında hazırlıyor. Odadaki QR kod sayesinde menüye kolayca bakıp odaya meyve ya da yemek siparişi verebilmek de çok pratikti.

Ayrıca resepsiyondaki beyefendiye özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim. Gece geç saatte gelmemize rağmen Kapadokya’da neler yapabileceğimizi, nereleri gezebileceğimizi tek tek anlattı. Bu ilgi ve yönlendirme sayesinde zamanımızı çok daha verimli geçirdik.

Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım, tekrar gelmeyi düşünürüm.
