Pros:

Отличный менеджер отеля- Sedat вежливо встретил, быстро заселил, заказал сразу трансфер обратно. Также забронировал ужин в ресторане на террасе с отличным видом и вкусной едой.Очень удобное расположение от всех достопримечательностей.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Momento Hotel in Istanbul.
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the care and support we received when our baby daughter became sick during our stay. The hotel staff including the GM himself went above and beyond by helping us get to the hospital and staying with us to make sure everything was okay. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern meant so much to us during a stressful time.

We are very grateful for their outstanding hospitality and support. A special thanks to Serdar, Fatih, Sedat, Sinan and the entire team for making us feel safe and cared for.

We highly recommend Momento Hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Muy agradable
Pros:

La ubicación, las vistas al Bósforo aunque hay un edifico enfrente que afea el panorama. El desayuno fantástico y el personal que lo atendía también.
En recepción el personal(Serkan, Sinan, Sedat, Harun y alguno que es posible que me olvide) muy amable y con excelente disposición a colaborar en cualquier situación que se les plantease. El personal de limpieza también encantadoras, en definitiva este conjunto de cosas te hacen la estancia muy agradable.

Cons:

Solo un pero el colchón un poco blando para nuestro gusto.

C’est là qu’il faut être pour un séjour agréable à Istanbul
Un roof top magnifique, Un accueil et un service au top, un petit dèj extra, super bien situé proche du ferry, du métro, du tram et du tunnel pour monter à la tour Galata

Super Hotel, leckeres Frühstück und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist insbesondere die super Lage. Fußläufig sind viele Attraktionen einfach zu erreichen. Außerdem ist gerade die Aussicht im Restaurant bzw. der Bar atemberaubend. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine reichliche Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!

Alles in allem alles gut !
Pros:

Das Personal war Mega freundlich ! Wirklich zuvorkommend und professionell, die Lage war super. Direkt an der Bahn. 3 min zu Fuß. Straßenbahn 5 min.

Cons:

Etwas laut. Aber es war günstig und Für nen kleinen Aufpreis die Zimmer nehmen mit Blick auf den Bosporus.

Ein perfektes Hotel für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Paaren und das verlängerte Wochenende in Istanbul. Die Lage des Hotels zwischen Galatabrücke und Galataturm ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig, vernünftig schallisoliert und die Klimaanlage ist leise und funktioniert. Im oberen Stock gibt es ein Restaurant und eine Roof Top Bar mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf das Goldene Horn und die „historische Skyline. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr engagiert und freundlich. Wir haben unsere Reisepläne im Vorfeld mit dem Concierge Service abgestimmt und alles hat gut funktioniert. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
