Ive stayed in this hotel lots of times when ive come to istanbul, the staff are extremely helpful, always available, the rooms are boutique and just enough, the location is perfect - 50 meters to the ferry, 50 meters to Galata Bridge, the Galata tower is right behind you, and the BEST part; the terrace upstairs for dinner and tea at sunset, sunrise. A big thank you to Sedat bey and Aydin bey, and if i remember it was Harun bey, best people you will meet !

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and caring; the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices; and the location of the hotel is very convenient with easy walking distance to nearby shopping and restaurants and to public transport (bus, tram, and ferry) that can take you to all major attractions. An evening walk on the bridge was lovely and safe.

I liked the room, view from it, and cleanliness.

Location is top , it has beautiful views of Golden Horn and Bosfor , it is a short walk uphill to Galata tower and across Galata bridge to Sultanachmet .
The room is good size , clean , and has a small fridge and tea making facilities. we also had a beautiful view of Golden Horn.
The hotel stuff was very helpful and attentive. Big thanks to Sedat and Sinan.
Another important for us thing, it is good for taxis as it is out of the road maze of Sultanachmet.

Очень хорошее расположение отеля. В шаговой доступности набережная Босфора, Галатская башня. Мы жили в стандартном трехместном номере с видом на Золотой рог и основные достопримечательности. Вид действительно был восхитительный! Окна в номере с хорошей звукоизоляцией, шум с улицы не было слышно. Сам номер небольшой, но очень хорошо оформлен. Нас было четверо и было тесно, даже для чемоданов не было места. Но мы в номере только ночевали, поэтому это не было проблемой для нас. Ванная комната комфортная, были все необходимые принадлежности для душа. Ужинали в ресторане на 8 этаже с шикарным панорамным видом на Босфор. Еда была вкусной, нам понравилось, особенно кебаб. Завтраки накрывают в этом же ресторане, но нам, к сожалению, не удалось их попробовать.

Zunächst einmal waren wir mit dem Service des Hotels sehr zufrieden. Alles war äußerst sauber und hygienisch, und das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Besonders die Aufmerksamkeit, Freundlichkeit und Fürsorge von Sedat Aydın haben uns sehr beeindruckt und unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Auch das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war hervorragend. Mit der Gastfreundschaft, dem Engagement und der Professionalität von İlker Kurtulmuş, dem Restaurantmanager, waren wir mehr als zufrieden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal – die Straßenbahn, die U-Bahn und die Fähre sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir werden dieses Hotel mit großer Freude wieder besuchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.🫶

Hôtel tres bien placé pour parcourir la ville à pied. Chambre confortable. Un rooftop pour prendre un verre ou manger. Belle expérience dans cet hôtel

Excellent location with beautiful views of the Bosphorus. Very close to Tunel station, ferries and tram. Friendly and helpful staff especially Jacob, Arun and Sedat.

The room had a beautiful view over the harbor area and the other side, and the night lights were especially gorgeous. The location was great. The restaurant upstairs was excellent - one of the best meals we had in Istanbul.
