Pros:

El lugar se encuentra muy bien ubicado, las cama y la habitación para una pareja fue cómoda, se entregaron toallas y dieron una adicional sin problema, es muy cerca a espacios de fiesta y de recorrer otras playas y aun asi, no el ruido de la fiesta en la noche no impide que los residentes descansen. los lugares para descansar y tomar el sol estan bien adecuados y cuidados, y el personal siempre esta muy presto y atento a guiar, dar recomendaciones o ayudar en lo que haga falta. es un ambiente muy friendly para parejas o personas de la comunidad LGBTIQ+

Cons:

En ocasiones la presión del agua de la ducha era un poco baja, pero fue suficiente para poder tomar un baño. hicimos reserva de dos personas y solo se dejó una toalla, lo cual se solucionó al pedir una extra con el personal de servicios generales.

I will be coming back here. Literal paradise on earth
Pros:

So I didn’t know anything about Zipolite, my first time there and I just randomly stumbled upon Sebastian de los milagros on booking. This was probably one of the best stays I could possibly have. The location is absolute heaven, you open the window and you feel like you could deep into the ocean. It has AC which is nice on a hot days. Super clean and esthetically pleasing. But above all the people who work there made me feel like I am home. You can feel how the community works. Super helpful, knowledgeable. On the high season they have events happening there. This was literally everything I ever needed and made my Zipolite experience a true paradise!

A nice solid building with great potential but the maintenance is lacking. Staff helpful otherwise.
Pros:

The location was excellent. I normally do not stay at this end of the beach because of the loud techno music clubs nearby. But this time they were silent to my relief.

Cons:

My room, #2, was musty and dreary. It was touted as a room with a "pool view" yet it was just via a small window over the bathroom sink.

The facility has great potential but the deferred maintenance kind of ruins the ambiance. There is a lot of peeling paint and chipped concrete. Plus there are just a lot of things that could be done better. For example there is a foot washing place as you leave the beach to come on the property. But it is far enough from the steps so one has to wash off feet, hold on to a pole and try to stretch and lunge onto the bottom step. I am tall and could not make it without getting one foot sandy again. It would take five minutes to move the washing platform next to the steps. As a result the steps, the restaurant area and your own room end up with sand on the floor. The common areas do not get swept often. And, of course, your bed is always going to get sandy from your feet.

Hotel para estancias cortas y si no piensas dormir solo para la fiesta
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien. Pero no es un hotel para estancias largas ni para descansar ya que es más un club nocturno y hay fiestas con ruido hasta las 3am un día y 6 am otro día

Cons:

Rente una habitación que ponía 18m para dos personas y me dieron una de 8 metros sin aire acondicionado la cama pequeña para una persona, ropa de cama muy deteriorada , pedí cambio y me dijeron que no había disponible,

El desayuno es poco a comparación con el precio, falta limpieza en la zona de la alberca, hay hojas secas y mucho polvo, los camastros tienen hormigas y están desordenados.

Joya en Zipolite.
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene mucho potencial y una excelente ubicación, las zonas comunes o la piscina.

Cons:

Necesita mejorar mucho el mantenimiento, la limpieza de las zonas comunes como en la piscina, el ruido, pintura, remodelar baños o ventanas rotas, hacer una entrada más profesional en el hotel, quitar el almacenamiento de productos en zonas comunes por ejemplo.
