My room, #2, was musty and dreary. It was touted as a room with a "pool view" yet it was just via a small window over the bathroom sink.

The facility has great potential but the deferred maintenance kind of ruins the ambiance. There is a lot of peeling paint and chipped concrete. Plus there are just a lot of things that could be done better. For example there is a foot washing place as you leave the beach to come on the property. But it is far enough from the steps so one has to wash off feet, hold on to a pole and try to stretch and lunge onto the bottom step. I am tall and could not make it without getting one foot sandy again. It would take five minutes to move the washing platform next to the steps. As a result the steps, the restaurant area and your own room end up with sand on the floor. The common areas do not get swept often. And, of course, your bed is always going to get sandy from your feet.

Rente una habitación que ponía 18m para dos personas y me dieron una de 8 metros sin aire acondicionado la cama pequeña para una persona, ropa de cama muy deteriorada , pedí cambio y me dijeron que no había disponible,

El desayuno es poco a comparación con el precio, falta limpieza en la zona de la alberca, hay hojas secas y mucho polvo, los camastros tienen hormigas y están desordenados.

Sin agua caliente. No hizo tanta falta, pero se hubiera agradecido en momentos una ducha caliente.

Necesita mejorar mucho el mantenimiento, la limpieza de las zonas comunes como en la piscina, el ruido, pintura, remodelar baños o ventanas rotas, hacer una entrada más profesional en el hotel, quitar el almacenamiento de productos en zonas comunes por ejemplo.

La habitación compartida debería tener un refrigerador o acceso a uno

The room I was allocated was a dump which was undergoing construction and had a toilet outside of the room. It also had the laundry room attached to it which meant I had people coming in and out of the area while I was sleeping, on the toilet and in the shower which was obviously very unsettling. The cleaners also didn't always lock the door behind them which made me feel very uneasy, especially as a woman travelling alone. When I asked my room to be changed the manager had the cheek to ask me to pay double the price (when I was already paying way too much to stay there as it was) so I was absolutely shocked and appalled with his horrific customer service. Eventually my room was changed (thanks to the helpful reception staff) but it caused me a lot of necessary stress and I regret booking there in the first place.
