Please note that this accommodations is the annex of Hotel Adula. Both properties are connected via an underground hall. Guests can use the spa area of Hotel Adula for an additional fee.

Every guest has free access to the spa until the check-out date at 11:30am. Afterwards a fee will be chargedGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Entspanntes Viersterne-Hotel - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Ein unkompliziertes kinder- und hundefreundliches Viersterne-Hotel. Hervorragende Küche, sehr aufmerksamer Kellner, schöner Spa-Bereich mit Indoor-Pool und grosser Garten. Super Frühstück und cozy Hotelatmosphäre. Grosses Doppelzimmer mit Balkon im Soldanella.

Cons:

Kleine Backoffice-Services scheinen nicht reibungslos funktioniert zu haben. Motten im Flur vor unserem Zimmer.

Posizione, camera, pulizia

Cons:

Servizio lento. Abbiamo ordinato un omelette mai arrivata a colazione. La mattina finivo prima di fare colazione e poi venivano a prendere l'ordine per il caffè. Non va bene.
Su booking il parcheggio costa 12 franchi, ma all'arrivo dicono che è un errore e lo fanno pagare di più

Pros:

Hotel très calme et cadre magnifique. Le SPA est très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuse. La réception était très arrangeante pour un groupe de 15 personnes. Deuxième visite dans cet hôtel et toujours la même qualité!

Mit gewissen Investitionen und genügend, sowie richtigem Personal, wäre es wunderschön.
Pros:

Die Lage und das Ambiente im Haus sind nach wie vor wunderschön. Ich war schon als Kind Gast im Haus und es hat seinen Charme beibehalten. Mit diesem Personal, lässt sich jedoch leider der versprochene Standard nicht aufrecht erhalten.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer unter dem Dach erhalten und bei dieser Hitze liess es sich kaum darin aushalten. Der Service im Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe. Wir haben 1,5 Stunden auf unseren Hauptgang gewartet. Getränkebestellungen wurden erst auf mehrmalige Nachfrage oder schlussendlich überhaupt nicht geliefert. Das Zimmer wird erst am Nachmittag gemacht. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel spricht nur Englisch. Mit so wenig Personal muss man die Gästezahl reduzieren, oder mehr Personal einstellen. Der Aussenparkplatz gleicht einer Schotterpiste, für welche man einen Geländewagen benötigt. Das war mal ein tolles Hotel. Was ist bloss passiert?

Super vielseitiger Aufenthalt in der Übergangszeit - gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war super lecker und hat eine grosse Auswahl. Das ganz Hotel war sehr sauber und angenehm. Es gibt eine grosse Auswahl an Tätigkeiten im Hotel - Schwimmen (innen Pool), Warmes Wasser (Sole) draussen, Garten, Spielzimmer für Kleinkinder, Spielzimmer für ältere Kinder und Erwachsene, Bar...
Wir waren im Nebenhaus (nicht Haupthaus). Dieses ist älter aber wir lieben diesen Charm und es war top sauber und schön.

Cons:

Die Preise der Getränke an der Bar sind in meinen Augen zu hoch.

Perfect ski holiday, outstanding value and comfort!
Pros:

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a ski holiday.

First of all, the price-to-quality ratio is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to recharge after a full day on the slopes.

The dining options are impressive. There is a wide selection of restaurants on-site (3 or 4) but with a bit weird reservation system even if it's not full. We loved breakfasts as well!

The pool and spa area is a real highlight. It's well-equipped, relaxing with all you may need: jacuzzi, 20m swimming pool, saunas etc.

The ski bus service is efficient and punctual, and the hotel is only a 3-minute ride from the slopes. Hotel is walking distance from "city center".

Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back!

Cons:

I wish we did not have to pay extra for parking + weird reservation system in restaurants.

Fantastic stay with great staff
Pros:

Exceptional staff, really good service and they really make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The SPA is great, not the biggest but very high quality. Multiple restaurants serving top tier food. Fantastic breakfast as well

Cons:

Definitely no the cheapest hotel, but that's what you pay for such a top level stay

Optimales Hotel für ein Skiwochenende
Pros:

Wir sind zum wiederholten Male ins Soldanella (Hotel Adula) gefahren und sind nach wie vor begeistert. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber, das Personal ist super freundlich, das Spa lässt sich sehen - besonders wenn das Wetter nicht zum Skifahren einlädt.

Pros:

Very well located, the hotel, and facilities like gym, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pools are amazing. We just had food jn the main restaurant and the food was delicious! Highly recommended and will definitely go back!

Een heel aangenaam verblijf, wij komen nog terug
Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst, propere kamers, mooi zwembad, fitness en jacuzzi.
Goed gelegen met vlotte shuttle naar de lift.

Cons:

De restaurants waren redelijk prijzig. De kleine attenties in de kamer werden aangerekend hoewel dit niet duidelijke vermeld was.
