Pros:

La struttura è grande ed immersa nel verde, ma le camere sono datate, arredamento vecchio, la spiaggia è niente di che (in alcune zone non balneabile). Colazione okay. Il ristorante thailandese dell’hotel è molto buono.

Cons:

50% dello staff non capisce e non parla bene inglese. Con conseguente confusione nelle ordinazioni al ristorante. Inoltre sono molto “lazy”, sulla spiaggia lo staff non è neanche venuto ad aprire l’ombrellone o portare le asciugamani. Ho richiesto un deumidificatore per la mia stanza e mi è stato portato solo dopo 5 ore (dopo le mie continue lamentele). Mi aspetto un servizio migliore per un hotel 5 stelle. La pulizia delle camere è approssimativa, ho trovato capelli lunghi neri della helper dappertutto nella stanza.

Pros:

Všetko bolo super.. kludnejsia lokalita hotela nám veľmi vyhovovala ale taktiež nebol problem sa dostať aj na iné časti ostrova. Strava, izba, hotel a taktiež aj personál hotela boli super. Pláž nekonečne dlhá a čistá. V blízkosti hotela sa taktiež nachádza aj veľa roznych podnikov či potraviny. Určite by som sa sem ešte v budúcnosti znova rada vrátila. Ďakujeme

Great location with easy access to the beach and local attractions.
Pros:

Great location with easy access to the beach. Pool was nice and there was a shuttle that could take you to the local area which had nice shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly

Cons:

The room size was small for the 3 of us and for a holiday resort this felt a bit tight. esp for the price we were paying

Excellent Service
Pros:

Big resort with fantastic restaurants, nice pool and easy access to the beach.
The Staff is beyond outstanding. Shut out to Sunisa for going above and beyond making my stay comfortable and being such an efficient person.

Cons:

The first night they had to fix the aircon of the sea view unit. Not a big issue at all.
