The staff were extremely polite and courteous.
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were not clean and did not meet even basic hygiene standards. In addition, the photos displayed on the hotel’s website were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property. The hotel looked much older and less maintained than advertised.

Nothing around at night, however you can take a taxi to Boat Avenue for nice dinner, not crowded as of Patong.. but nice

Great beach location and able to walk around the laguna area.
Nice pool for kids with lots of slides.
Breakfast was good. Pretty sizeable selection, although not too exciting.
Not able to swim in ocean. It was red flag. Not the property’s fault but still disappointing
Отличный отель, территория ухоженная, красивая, зеленая! персонал очень внимательный, реагировал на все просьбы .
очень чисто в номерах (номер был с террасой на 1 этаже), на пляже и у бассейна.
Отличный ресторан у бассейна, готовят вкусно!
Хотелось бы еще раз отметить персонал, его внимание к деталям и заботу!

The beach was nice although we couldn’t go swimming because of the tide. The spa was nice as well as the thai restaurant.
The rooms are extremely humid and old.
La struttura è grande ed immersa nel verde, ma le camere sono datate, arredamento vecchio, la spiaggia è niente di che (in alcune zone non balneabile). Colazione okay. Il ristorante thailandese dell’hotel è molto buono.
50% dello staff non capisce e non parla bene inglese. Con conseguente confusione nelle ordinazioni al ristorante. Inoltre sono molto “lazy”, sulla spiaggia lo staff non è neanche venuto ad aprire l’ombrellone o portare le asciugamani. Ho richiesto un deumidificatore per la mia stanza e mi è stato portato solo dopo 5 ore (dopo le mie continue lamentele). Mi aspetto un servizio migliore per un hotel 5 stelle. La pulizia delle camere è approssimativa, ho trovato capelli lunghi neri della helper dappertutto nella stanza.
Všetko bolo super.. kludnejsia lokalita hotela nám veľmi vyhovovala ale taktiež nebol problem sa dostať aj na iné časti ostrova. Strava, izba, hotel a taktiež aj personál hotela boli super. Pláž nekonečne dlhá a čistá. V blízkosti hotela sa taktiež nachádza aj veľa roznych podnikov či potraviny. Určite by som sa sem ešte v budúcnosti znova rada vrátila. Ďakujeme
