Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi

We had an amazing stay at Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi! The rooms were comfortable, the location was perfect, and the service was outstanding. A huge thank you to the excellent staff — Ruby, Ivy, Sophia, Link, Lily, and Toan — who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi!

Lovely staff! Great location

This was my third stay at the property, and overall, I had another positive experience. The location, comfort, and overall atmosphere were excellent, which is why I chose to return once again. Most of the staff members were courteous and helpful, and I appreciated the hospitality extended throughout my stay. Special thanks to Ruby for her kindness and assistance during my visit.

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención de RUBY y todo el equipo de recepción !! Ruby nos ayudó en todo desde el momento en que llegamos. Nos ayudó agendar tours y nos dio un mapa. Incluso ya estábamos de salida del país y ella estaba muy atenta !! Estoy muy feliz que ruby nos ayudó y nos asesoró en todo !! Gracias a todo el grupo del hotel !! Y el hotel era muy cómodo y cerca de TODO !! Se podía caminar a todos lados

Staff: The team here is incredibly warm, super friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful throughout our entire stay.

Breakfast: Loved the breakfast selection! It was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety to start the day.

Location: The hotel is in a fantastic, highly strategic location, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore.

We had a wonderful stay in Hanoi while celebrating my daughter’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. I checked in past midnight, but everything was perfectly arranged. Communication was smooth, and a van was already waiting to pick us up.

A very special thank you to Ruby, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The staff surprised my daughter with warm birthday wishes, a beautifully prepared fruit platter, and lovely room decorations. It was a thoughtful touch that made the occasion extra special.

Throughout our stay, the team made sure we had everything we needed and more. When we ran into an issue with one of our pieces of luggage, they were quick to assist and helped us find someone to fix it.

The room was comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend!

What an excellent hotel for our time in Hanoi.
We stayed in the suite with balcony and it was exactly as pictured - spacious, clean with a very comfortable bed that faced out large double windows. The lounge area offered plenty of space for our bags and clutter and was nice to sit in. The aircon kept the room at a very nice temperature, whilst even when we were out and power was off, the room remained a very pleasant temperature.
Breakfast was generous and a mix of western / Vietnamese and would cater to dietary needs.
The location was great, close enough to the main areas of the old quarter without being in the middle - we had very little noise awareness from the 7th floor.
Finally the staff were the highlight - especially Ruby and Sophia, who couldn’t do enough to help us make the most of our time in Hanoi. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Love the staff service especially Ruby and Linh. Very helpful and kind. Overall, the hotel has great amenities and we love the food as well. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.
