Det lå perfekt og personalet var virkelig søde og imødekommende. Bookede en tur igennem Ruby, helt fantastisk service.

Pros:

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel qui est très bien situé dans Hanoï (possibilité de se déplacer à pied vers de nombreux lieux touristiques). Chambre agréable et bon petit-déjeuner. Le personnel était très sympathique et à l'écoute ; mention spéciale pour Sofia et Ruby qui ont été aux petits soins et nous ont beaucoup aidés pour organiser notre séjour.

Cons:

Rien de spécial, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Ruby Ivy Tom they were amazing. They were so helpful and nice. They answered all of our questions. I l odd the location. Ask them about the coffee on the bike!

Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet (különösen Ruby, Sophie és Quin és a fiatal boy). Nagyon jól megszervezték a kirándulásokat és mindenben segítettek. A szobában volt vasaló és gyors volt a mosási szolgáltatás.

Todo fue perfecto, atención al cliente, ubicación, la habitación, precio y desayuno fue de maravilla, lo recomendaría 100%. Por cierto Linh es una persona maravillosa y atenta, así como todo el personal del hotel.

Atención exquisita, muy recomendable.
Pros:

Ubicación muy buena y cercana al barrio antiguo y principal. La atención del personal inmejorable, muchas gracias especialmente, a Sofía, Rubi, y Quinn, por el trato exquisito y estar continuamente atentas en todo momento. El desayuno muy rico también.

Nhân viên cực kì nhiệt tình, bé Phương và nhiều bạn khác mình ko nhớ tên, ai cũng nhanh nhẹn, quan sát chủ động hỗ trợ khách mà ko cần khách phải nhờ. Phòng sạch đẹp, rộng rãi, vị trí thuận tiện đi tham quan vui chơi. Mình sẽ sớm quay lại ở những kì công tác tiếp theo.

Cons:

Khách sạn nên trang bị thêm đồ ăn trong phòng, hoặc vài ly mì thì sẽ tuyệt vời hơn.
