מלון במיקום מרכזי, היה לנו חדר גדול עם מרפסת, ארוחת בוקר טובה, צוות מעולה.

Personel çok iyiydi, kahvaltı ve konum güzeldi. Tur konusunda Ruby ye ve yardımlarından dolayı Linh e çok teşekkür ederim.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel due volte nella stessa vacanza, ed è stato un vero piacere.
La seconda volta, sotto nostra richiesta, ci hanno perfino dato una stanza più grande della prima.
Per di più, ci hanno fatto fare una doccia al bagno del ristorante perché il check-out era entro le dodici, ma il nostro aereo sarebbe partito solo la notte successiva.
In particolare, per la loro attenzione, professionalità, gentilezza e simpatia, ringraziamo molto Sofia e Ruby.

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi odamızı upgrade ettiler yemekleri çok lezzetliydi resepsiyon görevlisi Link çok iyi ve akıcı İngilizce konuşuyordu ve çok yardımseverdi

Link, Sophia and Ruby were incredible. The breakfast was delicious. The buffet was very, very nice. And the staff went out of their way to help us out with every in possible issue or request.

每個服務人員都很有禮貌，並服務周到。地理位置佳，可步行到還劍湖和聖若瑟主教座堂，且餐廳林立，飯店本身的早餐誠意十足，有現點現做，且以這個房價，CP值算高。另外，飯店自己有spa，網路評價不錯。

This is really an exceptional hotel experience. I spent 8 days there in July, and was so impressed, that I returned for 8 days in August.
I have stayed at 2 other highly rated hotels in Hanoi, and they are nowhere near as excellent as the Premio.
Everything in the room works well. Great bed, shower, air conditioning and the WiFi is flawless.
Breakfast has wide options and is quite good, except for the juices, which are pretty poor, but that’s true across all of Asia.
Reception and breakfast staff are very sweet.
I will definitely return here.

J’ai beaucoup aimé le support des hôtesses qui sont prêtes à tout pour que vous passiez le meilleur séjour au Vietnam!
Petit clin d’œil à Ruby qui s’est dévoué corps et âme pour l’organiser mon trip du Ha giang loop (réservation de car de nuit, hôtel, etc…) et mon car de nuit pour aller à Hué.

We stayed here twice as the first stay was excellent. Breakfast is good and the room was comfortable. Considering its proximity , the room was very quiet on our first visit but a little less so during our second visit. All in all though good value and close to train street being 10 minutes walk.

Prima locatie om de oude stad te ontdekken. Personeel ( Ruby en Link) waren fantastisch en hebben er alles aangedaan om ons een onvergetelijke verblijf te bezorgen. Ook voorafgaand aan onze reis door Vietnam hebben zij geholpen met het boeken van onze cruise naar Lan Ha Bay en de verschillende slaapbussen( incl hotel transfers). Kortom, super!

El trato del personal desde el momento en que pusimos el pie en el hotel fue, sencillamente, espectacular. Agradables, serviciales y siempre dispuestos a echar una mano o hacer alguna recomendación para la visita de la ciudad. Debemos destacar en este sentido a Ivy (Giang), que nos trató estupendamente. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Nuestra habitación era sencilla pero tenía todo lo necesario. Desayuno muy bueno con opciones tanto asiáticas como europeas. A 3 min a pie del Old Hanoi. Ofrecen servicio al aeropuerto a buen precio.
