Les professionnelles sont tellement accueillantes et serviables. Elles m’ont conseillé plein d’endroits (spot à faire, meilleure endroit pour changer de monnaie, où manger…). Elles sont vraiment top.

My family and I were very happy and satisfied with our stay at Eliana Premio Hotel in Hanoi. The communication with them weeks prior to check in and during our stay was superb. The room was clean and the breakfast was simple but good as well. Ruby, Quinn, Lily, and the rest of the staff made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

La cama muy cómoda y muy limpio. Sobre todo especial mención a todas las chicas que están allí trabajando, te ayudan en absolutamente todo y siempre se preocupan porque esté todo bien

The staff was super friendly, kind and supportive our whole stay. The room was big, clean and had a great view. The laundry service was great. Clothes came back clean, fresh and folded. Breakfast was delicious.

立地も悪くなく、清潔にされていました。日本円で6000円でこのクオリティはコスパがいいと思います。チェックインのときに支払いをします(現金かカード)。しっかり熱いお湯が出ます。ベットは広く、快適です。テレビはYouTubeも観れます。朝ごはんのプリンが美味しかったです。SophiaとIvy、素敵なホスピタリティをありがとうございました。

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'ensemble du personnel. Merci pour l'aide apportée notamment par Lnh et Ruby à toutes nos questions. La chambre était confortable et propre, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Nous recommandons cet établissement, très bien situé.

Accessible to everything …food , restaurants, shopping, etc

The staff were so friendly and lovely, staff members Link and Ivy were so helpful and let us leave our luggage in the hotel after we checked out and have a hot bath when it had been raining all day. It was extremely kind of them

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the smiling reception tea with some drinks. The young lady from the reception was super sweet and attentive, she explained what we can visit in Hanoi, where we can eat etc. which was appreciated.
Everything I asked the staff something they were more than happy to assist, they never seemed bothered. The staff si purely amazing ! The day we left Ivy assisted us with the check out process, offered us some water for the road and even waited with us the grab to make sure we get to the right airport terminal.
The room was huge, the balcony was immense. We appreciated the bed, it was really big, super comfortable. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street we slept great.
Breakfast was great as well, loads of salads, meats, yoghurt and we had an a la carte menu where we could order eggs, phó, banh mi, etc. The young lady from the breakfast section was super amazing and helpful as well.
I couldn't recommend this place enough. No BS, no one insisted that I write this review. It was just great.

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia por su ubicacion centrica y atencion del personal, en especial Sofia, es encantadora. El desayuno espectacular, la limpieza, las toallas nuevas, te facilitaban agua todos los dias... todo genial.
