Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi

This hotel has an excellent location in the Hanoi Old Quarter with easy access to many great restaurants. The staff members, specifically Quyen, Phuong, and Nhat Anh, were incredibly friendly and welcoming during our stay, and they were always ready to accommodate our needs.

The beds are comfy and the staff are very beautiful. Sofia and Ivy are very helpful and very accomodating with our stay. Must recommend

An absolutely wonderful stay! The absolute highlight of our experience was the incredible staff. Specially my future daughter in Law Sophia, our friends namely Ruby, Lilly, Ivy, Quin, Tom and Eric.
The moment we walked through the doors, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They handled our check-in seamlessly and greeted us with genuine smiles, instantly setting a warm tone for our entire trip. Every interaction—whether asking for local recommendations, needing a weighing scale or just passing by the lobby—was met with authentic hospitality and an eager willingness to help. They are professional, attentive, and notice the little things that truly elevate our experience. ❤️

The location could not be more perfect. It is right in the heart of everything, making it incredibly easy to walk to all the top local attractions and dining spots.

Our room, while on the smaller side, was laid out beautifully to maximize space. It was immaculately clean, fresh, and exceptionally comfortable, providing a cozy and quiet haven to relax in after a long day of exploring.

Lastly, do not skip the breakfast! The morning fried noodles or rice, french toast, omelet or fresh fruits was fantastic, offering a delicious variety of high-quality, fresh options that gave us the perfect start to our day.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and centrally located stay! We will definitely come back!

Ivy at reception was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Aircon independently controlled and very effective. Location impeccable - very close to Train Street and St Joseph's Cathedral. Breakfast was very good and includes made-to-order eggs/omelettes/pho.

The staff at the restaurant were very attentive.

Link was very helpful and sweet. The breakfast was delicious they had various options. We booked a family room and it was quite spacious for 4 adults . The entire staff was very cheerful , will 100% recommend this hotel also it is close to almost all the activities and the shopping streets .
