The apartment was nice but I'll not use Gokd Coast Stayz again as their key arrangement is nonsense

The location was very good.

Cons:

I received an email to attend the Broadbeach office to connect the keys but also to confirm receiving the email. I rang the office number and was advised to attend 9 Ferny Ave to collect the keys from a lock box. I specifically queried this but was advised not to go to the office but to go to Ferny Ave. I did this and recieved a code which did not open anything. This was after I had to get the security officer from The Mantra to show me where the boxes were. I rang the number again and was again advised that a code would be text and emailed to me which did not happen. I rang a third time and was advised that I had been talking to Ali, a chat bot, who often gets information wrong. This person then advised me to go to the office for the keys. So $15.00 in an Uber later and an hour of being mucked around in the rain I got to the office for the keys and then had to get transport back to the accommodation, which I was originally beside. This was by far the worst arrangement I've ever had for a holiday booking.

Location is great. We have stayed at this apartment and building multiple times now.

Cons:

Advised to clean the apartment upon checkout. Not something we have been asked to do before in a paid booking.

Great location and facilities

Noisy Saturday night without double glazed windows, hard to sleep.
Old crappy couch.
Noisy fan in bathroom.

Pros:
