Pros:

A localização foi, sem dúvida, o ponto forte da nossa estadia. A proximidade das praias, restaurantes e restantes pontos de interesse tornou as férias muito agradáveis para toda a família.

No entanto, o apartamento ficou aquém das expectativas. Considero que necessita de uma reabilitação e modernização geral, desde o mobiliário aos eletrodomésticos. O fogão era bastante antigo e difícil de utilizar, ao ponto de não conseguirmos cozinhar convenientemente durante a estadia. O frigorífico também era muito pequeno para uma família que passou cinco noites no alojamento.

Além disso, algumas instalações, como a zona do duche e outros equipamentos, demonstram desgaste e poderiam beneficiar de renovação. Pela localização privilegiada e pelo nome do alojamento, esperávamos condições mais confortáveis e atualizadas.

Apesar destes aspetos menos positivos, a excelente localização acabou por compensar parcialmente a experiência.

Pros:

The host was answer very quick and easy, which we really appreciated. The location was also nice, and having access to a swimming pool was definitely a plus.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Several electrical outlets in the apartment were not working, which is one of the most basic amenities any accommodation should provide.

The blankets were very old and did not feel clean, making them uncomfortable to use. In addition, there was no soap or other basic toiletries available in the bathrooms.

Overall, the apartment did not meet our expectations, especially considering these essential issues.

Pros:

Top locatie, alles is op loopafstand te bereiken.ben er in 2007 geweest tien was het geweldig, nu helaas alles dicht, geen receptie,geen mini supermarkt,geen bar geen restaurant meer .
Geen schoonmaak in het appartement, geen handdoekwissel gedurende de week. Het lijkt erop dat het geen lang bestaan meer zal hebben. Onderhoud aan het park loopt achter, veel dingen zijn kapot, lantaarns,hekken,straatwerk e.d .
Ik heb Jardim in betere tijden gekend het is eeuwig zonde zoals het er nu bij staat.

Cons:

Onderhoud aan het park, voorzieningen op het park. Alles is weg, geen receptie geen mini supermarkt geen bar geen restaurant echt niks meer.

Gelukkig wel nog een zwembad waar je gebruik van kunt maken maar ook zonder toezicht. Je ziet nergens geen personeel / tuinmannen / schoonmakers.
Park zal mijn inziens geen lang bestaan meer hebben als ze op deze wijze verder gaan. Erg jammer, locatie is perfect!

Did the job nicely
Pros:

Grand location to town and the apartment was clean no issues apart from shower not being hot staff were grand nice enough to me :)
