We want to mention certain staff who were great. In dining. Teresa , and Michael were fantastic. In concierge Kai was fantastic. They are staff who enjoy their job and go the extra mile for you
The bread was mouldy at breakfast. The service for lunch/dinner was great some days and exceptionally slow other days. The service lacked consistancy

Room was nice
Parking was expensive. Room was expensive with no breakfast. Wont go there again.
We stayed 4 nights here - 1 night in the ocean facing suite and 3 nights city facing. Everything was fine in the first room. The 1 bedroom suite is big and comfortable.
However, in the second room, the housekeeping fell short. We came back at 4 pm one day and the room was not cleaned. The lady only came in after hearing us mentioning this.
The dryer was not working so we had to dry our clothes on another floor, using the launderette.
For some strange reason, the staff took a cup and a plate away. The sponge for cleaning dishes and the dish cloth were missing.
Generally, the service staff, especially at the restaurants, were attentive. The food quality is good.
As for the concierge, the guy from Hong Kong is nice and helpful. However, a lady concierge was rather rude. Somewhat inconsistent service here.

While the hotel is well maintained with good service and comfortable rooms, I was disappointed that access to the sauna and steam room required an additional charge, which is not typical for a 5-star hotel.
A major disappointment was having to pay extra to use the sauna and steam room. At this level of hotel, these wellness facilities are typically included as standard. Charging separately feels inconsistent with a 5-star experience and somewhat nickel-and-diming, especially compared to similar hotels internationally, where these amenities are included in the stay.

Looked at booking for a weekend in October and the price was ridiculous. So couldn’t justify a studio room for 1700 then. Contact me if you can do better
