立地が素晴らしい！駅からかなり歩かなければならないかと思いましたがすぐに到着しました！

Cons:

駐車場の件が少しややこしかったですが、瞬時にスタッフの方が動いてくれました。凄く良心的でした

Would definitely return and would recommend we had a double room for us and a very spacious triple room for our three ad
Pros:

A lovely big room, lots of space good Location between Ikebukuro and Otsuka stations. So convenient with sunshine city through a walkway directly from the hotel also the 711 in the building which we used to far too much. It’s a really good choice depending on what you want to see in Tokyo it was a good location for us for the directions we were travelling in.

Cons:

I would always like a bit more hanging space. And it would be nice if there was a drying rack to hang washing as they do have a coin laundry and a dryer but sometimes I like to air dry some pieces.

Great value at an excellent location.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was excellent value for the price. Also staffer Imai Tapalia was excellent as the hostess for the restaurant; her bubbly personality was a nice way to start the day.

Pros:

Super Lage in der Sunshine City!

Cons:

Das Zimmer wirkt wie ein Camping Wagen, als wäre das Bad im Nachhinein eingebaut worden. Die Lüftung war sehr laut und man hat sehr laut die anderen Gäste gehört.

bathroom was smaller than usual. room size is OK and room temperature could not be changed. Only option was low/med/hi, so it was warmer than usual.
