Tenía desayuno incluido, pero si tu vuelo sale antes del horario no te preparan nada. El check in demoró una hora y quince minutos. La piscina no estaba del todo limpia. Son solo cosas a mejorar. Quedé conforme con el hotel.
Instalaciones
Por medio de la presente manifiesto mi absoluto rechazo e inconformidad frente a la pésima experiencia vivida durante mi estadía en el Hotel City Express by Marriott Cancún, la cual evidencia una preocupante falta de control administrativo, negligencia en la atención al cliente y un total desinterés por solucionar los inconvenientes ocasionados por el propio hotel.
En primer lugar, realicé el pago de mi alojamiento en efectivo al momento del registro. Sin embargo, de manera inexplicable e injustificada, el mismo valor fue cargado nuevamente a mi tarjeta bancaria, efectuando un cobro duplicado que jamás autoricé. Lo más grave es que, pese a haber reportado el incidente de forma inmediata, han transcurrido quince (15) días sin recibir una solución, una explicación seria o una respuesta definitiva. Resulta inadmisible que una cadena hotelera de prestigio mantenga retenido el dinero de un huésped por un error exclusivamente atribuible a su personal y a sus procesos internos.
Como si lo anterior no fuera suficiente, el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto fue manejado con una absoluta falta de profesionalismo. Fui citado para abordar el transporte a las 11:30 a. m. y me presenté conforme a la hora indicada. Sin embargo, el conductor, en presencia del personal del hotel, me informó que ya no existían cupos disponibles y que debía abordar el siguiente autobús.
Posteriormente, tanto el conductor como el personal del hotel intentaron justificar esta situación afirmando que habíamos llegado tres minutos tarde, reprochándonos dicha supuesta demora como si fuera la causa de lo ocurrido. No obstante, esa explicación carece de toda lógica y veracidad, pues el segundo autobús, al que nos obligaron a dirigirnos, tampoco salió a las 12:00 p. m. como estaba previsto, sino que sufrió un nuevo retraso, incrementando aún más el tiempo de espera y afectando gravemente nuestro traslado al aeropuerto.

No cafeteria
Me hospedé del 27 a 28 de junio, llegué al hotel solo a dejar mis maletas, cambiarme y salí dejando mi maleta sobre la cama. Cuando volví noté que me faltaban un par de cosas. Si bien, no eran cosas de valor, recuerdos de un paetido del mundial que podían confundirse con una entrada, qué terrible entren a tu habitación a revisar tus cosas.
