Fine for one night before early flight.
Pros:

Good location. Airport transfer easy to organise.

Cons:

No laundry facility even though this is clearly advertised. Walls very thin.

Good if you want to stay close to the airport on a short layover. Free airport shuttle.

Cons:

Breakfast was very basic. 4th floor hallway smelled mouldy. Our shower water was leaking over the floor.

Ok pour une nuit sans plus. Près de l'aéroport avec service de navette gratuite.
Pros:

Lit très très confortable. Plusieurs poste de tv don tv5 monde. Petit dejeuner assez bien.

Cons:

Pas de serviette de bain dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Senteur désagréable dans la salle de bain. Odeur de refermé et himiditrdans l'hôtel. Malgré que c'était ok dans la chambre. Pas de resto convenables autour.

Great service, disappointing cleanliness
Pros:

The shuttle service has always been convenient, punctual, and very responsive through WhatsApp. I’ve stayed here several times over the past few years, and they have never disappointed.

Cons:

This time, however, the experience was different. The toilet was dirty when I arrived, with traces of urine and hair visible. Although I requested cleaning, the housekeeping staff were not on shift. Someone else kindly came to assist, but the dirt was not completely removed. I also noticed white fingerprints on the window, and the bedsheets did not smell freshly washed, unlike my previous stays when everything was spotless and smelled clean. Additionally, the floor was very dusty, I couldn’t walk barefoot without my feet becoming covered in dust.

We called for a shuttle when we landed in Cancun, but they said it would take 1 1/2 hrs for the shuttle to get us. So do not depend on their shuttle service!
