Beautiful Hotel, Great Location. Should Invest in connection plugs or USB ports by bed for customer comfort

Beautiful Hotel, Love the gardens and their pools and great location. Staff very friendly Great A/C Very nice Breakfast.

Cons:

Many of the Hotel rooms do not have plugs near by to the bed so you either need to ask them for extension cords and have a thread of cords all over the room or have to connect your devices far away from the bed.

Fabuloso para aprovechar en la alberca!
Pros:

Los jardines son lindos, siempre bien mantenidos. El estanque es hermoso.
La alberca para niños es agradable, se encontraba a buena temperatura, con servicio de toallas y alimentos cerca para poder pasar un buen rato disfrutando.

Cons:

En la habitación que nos toco (área jacarandas segundo piso) Las camas tienen una base de concreto, lo que disminuye un poco la comodidad. Pedimos nos llevaran un par de almohadas adicionales y nunca llegaron :( Por lo demás el servicio fue bueno. Volveremos
