Pros:

​The hotel staff is very service-oriented. Hannah from the front desk is amazing—always smiling and helpful with every request. The hotel's location is excellent, close to shopping areas and the Old City. The room was very clean and perfectly equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying there!
