Coffee service at lobby area for real coffee ..

Cleaning can be more often, at least towel change..
The location
Stayed at Orchard Parksuites expecting a fully serviced apartment / hotel-style experience, but unfortunately it fell quite short.
A few major issues we faced:
1. Housekeeping is only provided 3 times a week. If your scheduled cleaning falls on a Sunday or public holiday, then you simply miss out on housekeeping altogether.
2. If your mattress pad gets wet or dirty for any reason, they will not replace it until the next housekeeping visit, which is quite inconvenient.
3. No real breakfast is included apart from a very small breakfast hamper placed in the apartment.
4. The bathroom was not properly cleaned when we checked in, and we actually had to clean parts of it ourselves.
5. Extra housekeeping costs over SGD 100 + tax per session, which feels excessive considering the already limited service.
Overall, this did not feel like a properly serviced apartment experience. The rooms are very outdated, and much of the furniture feels old and poorly maintained.
The location is great, but the property itself seriously needs renovation and a much better approach to guest service.

Good location, friendly staff, convenient laundry room and good aircon.
Old furniture not enough power outlets
- Huge shoutout to Ishwari from the house-keeping staff. She was extremely efficient and we always knew she our room was going to be spick and span after her visit
- The spacious rooms were the biggest highlight. We stayed in the loft setting and there really was enough space for two people to not get into each other's space
- The property has a good swimming pool and steam/sauna facilities
- The rooms can get stuffy. They do not have proper ventilation. Moreover, the rooms need fans to get some air blowing. Just an AC is a old way to be. Rooms need circulation / all the more if you are cooking in them
- Opening the windows requires for you to wrestle with them. If the windows are open, the air conditioner keeps condensing water
- The first room we stayed in - the sofa was not comfortable - you couldn't lie down on it
- The second room we stayed in didn't have a health faucet in the powder room

Located 2 mins from Orchard MRT it would be hard to get a better location. The staff were friendly and efficient and catered to special requests easily. Great pool and nice to start the day with the free coffee.

There should be at least one power point in the bathroom.
Location and large size of room compaired to a standard hotel. Welcome basket was nice. Aircon units were easily and effectively controllable. Nice large bed.
Only having the bare minimum kitcken utensils. only 2 of each item, plate, bowl, knife, spoon ect. No floor mat in kitchen. although having a welcome basket (nice) it provided pasta, but no strainer in kitchen. very dull knives, hard to cut oranges and tomatos. Main corridors and stair cases not kept clean.
Location and size of room (a duplex)
The annexe where the room was situated is looking run down from the outside and the corridors look dated and unclean
