Nothing really

1. The cleanliness of the room was very poor, and even the trash was not taken out on cleaning days. A stained bedsheet was put on the bed inside out. When I arrived in the room, I found the housekeeping staff sitting on my bed using their phone. When I spilled a little water on the floor and wiped it with a tissue, the tissue turned completely black — the floors are extremely dirty and clearly not being cleaned properly. The refrigerator is another issue; it is very noisy and makes loud sounds for long periods, making it impossible to sleep.

2. Throughout the day, there is never any hot water available at the coffee and hot water station, and there are usually no tea bags. No one is regularly responsible for maintaining this area. When I had to leave the hotel before breakfast hours, there was again no coffee or hot water. When I asked reception, they told me to check the kitchen, but no one was there either. The reception staff is unhelpful and inattentive.

3. Some personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes are listed as complimentary in the information brochure, but when requested, they say they are out of stock.

4. At breakfast, they bring only one small bowl of boiled eggs, and once it is finished, it is never refilled. Instead, they keep replacing it with processed or low-quality egg-like products that do not seem to be made from real eggs. The breakfast seating area is also completely insufficient. There are not enough tables, and guests are forced to sit and eat in armchairs.

Location and amenities

The cost for parking was not clearly described on the website. $30 per night was not expected.

Staff was not helpful at all, not informed and not attentive.
Location is HORRIBLE for parking …. Garage across a two way street, park on metered street or the hotel makes you pay for valet to park in the garage connected to the hotel!
Breakfast you are forced to eat in lobby. No allowed to have any in your room so no change of privacy.
Charged almost $700 for 2 days.
Room items were half used before we got there including toilet tissue.
View out of the window was of all of the empty “valet” parking spots at the top of the hotel garage you had to pay $40 a day to use.
Any ordered food could not be brought to room. Once again having to LEAVE your room for nonsense. Hotel claims it’s a security issue but codes are given to patron and drivers to confirm identification. Hotel still did not care.

Hotel management commented under a previous review on another site, they did not reach out to follow up with me or my husband. Was told to contact them. Called and tried live messaging, I was on hold for over 30mind trying to speak to anyone and it never happened!
