Good rooms but staff needs training
Pros:

Its a nice comfortable space with good breakfast options. Rooms are super clean and comfy.

Cons:

I feel the front office team is not trained well. I have travelled to multiple hotels on this trip and this shortest stay was the most problematic. First the team couldnt find my booking, then I was told I cant be given a reciept becasue it will only say $0. How am I supposed to submit that to my organization? I have been requesting an invoice through booking.com for days and have not recieved a response.

It’s obvious something was charged to my card after I left which is not legal once I’m handed an invoice.
Pros:

Room was very nice but overly expensive. Stay at candlewood and get same type of room but bigger. For lower price I’m sure.

Cons:

My charge in receipt was 244.19 and my account was charged 270.00 . We were not informed of additional charge after checkout.
