Ristorazione da rivedere completamente
Pros:

Camera spaziosa, pulizia abbastanza accurata, staff molto gentile specialmente alla reception, spazio per parcheggiare e struttura con diversi servizi disponibili, quali spa, palestra ecc.

Cons:

Ristorazione pessima, dopo diversi giorni in strutture in giro per la Turchia, questa veramente é stata terribile. Buffet classico con varietá grande da villaggio turisitico, ma non si riusciva a trovare qualcosa di buono da mangiare, sia sui main che sugli antipasti. A cena frutta con colori abbastanza "maturi", ovviamente da evitare, pesce pessimo. Colazione uguale, uova industriali, scelta con qualità misera. Questo per me è stato veramente il punto debole della struttura.

We booked the Ramada Hotel rather last minute for a family trip, and we’re very glad we chose to stay here. Having stayed at several other hotels in the region before, we wanted to try somewhere different, especially as some of the other properties are beginning to show their age.

From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality at the Ramada were exceptional. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Their warmth and professionalism really made a difference and turned a last-minute booking into a wonderful family experience. We would happily stay at the Ramada again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Clean rooms, friendly staff willing to accommodate.
Pros:

The staff and manager were friendly and VERY helpful. Everyone was accommodating and always smiling. The rooms were clean and had extra pillows and covers. I would definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel !

Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant, souriant et toujours à l’écoute. On se sent vraiment bien pris en charge tout au long du séjour.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, impeccablement propres et très confortables. La piscine est magnifique et entretenue avec beaucoup de soin, ce qui est très agréable.

Le buffet est excellent, avec un large choix de plats variés, frais et délicieux à chaque repas. Il y en a pour tous les goûts et la qualité est vraiment au rendez-vous.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son attention aux détails. C’est un hôtel que je recommande les yeux fermés. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Hotel agradável e bem situado para visitar Pamukkale
Pros:

Localização perfeita para quem quer visitar as piscinas de Pamukkale. Boas condições no geral. Quartos confortáveis. Piscinas (normal e termal) agradáveis. Funcionários prestáveis.

Cons:

Buffet limitado em opções vegetarianas apesar de ter feito esse pedido. O buffet, do meu ponto de vista foi o que menos apreciei. Também achei que a limpeza em alguns locais também poderá melhorar.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and had an excellent air conditioning system, which made our stay very pleasant. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. The towels were fresh, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

A well appreciated business trip for a first time stay

It exceeded expectation and is definitely a number one pull for tourists in Denizli and the cotton castle

Struttura e servizi non da cinque stelle
Pros:

Per i servizi offerti, per la qualità delle stanze e della struttura in generale a questa struttura non possono essere assegnate cinque stelle. Con difficoltà può averne quattro in quanto a mio avviso i servizi e personale non sono di un cinque stelle.

Cons:

In generale ci sarebbero molte cose da migliorare ma senza dubbio la prima e’ la sala ristorante che e’ decisamente triste e mal arredata.
