Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, giường thoải mái, căn hộ có ban công lớn hướng ra biển rất đẹp. Ngay trung tâm thành phố, gần biển nên đi lại rất tiện (đi bộ)

Chỗ đậu xe ô tô lúc có lúc không? nếu bạn về trễ là hết chỗ đậu xe dưới hầm, rất bất tiện. Số lượng khách lưu trú quá đông so với số lượng thang máy, mỗi lần lên xuống chờ rất lâu mới tới lượt, Ngoài ra, do ngay trung tâm nên rất kẹt xe, cực kỳ khó đón taxi để đi lại
