Pros:

Wir waren nur für eine kurze Nacht hier – am frühen Abend angekommen und frühmorgens schon wieder weitergefahren. Das Zimmer war super sauber und bequem. Es gibt außerdem einen Pool und ein Gym sowie eine schöne Dachterrasse, perfekt für einen Sundowner. 😊

Ein leckeres und gut bewertetes Warung ist fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders praktisch war auch der Airport-Shuttle, der uns schon um 4 Uhr morgens zum Flughafen gebracht hat. Für uns hat alles super gepasst!

Unglaublich tolles Essen und toller Service. Mein Partner wurde krank und das Personal hat sich unfassbar toll um uns gekümmert. Vielen Dank nochmals an alle :)

Pros:

Standard-Zimmer mit Bergblick nach wie vor am schönsten. Personal extrem unterstützend und auf Wünsche oder Probleme sofort eingehend. Grab Bike und Grab Delivery verfügbar. Alfamart und Indomaret Supermarkt direkt vor Ort (super praktisch für kleine Snacks und Getränke). Bequeme Betten, moderne Ausstattung. Transfer zum Flughafen für den Flug um 4 Uhr morgens hat perfekt geklappt - vielen Dank dafür.

Cons:

Mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel war leider durchwachsen. Das Hotel war ausgebucht und die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Ich hatte das Pech von sehr lauten Nachbarn und musste mein schönes Standard-Zimmer mit traumhaften Berg Blick gegen einen Familienzimmer das zur Straße hinging aufgeben. Das Personal war so freundlich mich upzugraden und mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, aber ich fand das Zimmer nicht ideal. Man hörte die Straße, hatte keine schöne Aussicht mehr, man hörte weiterhin Nachbarn und die Lüftungsanlage des Hotels war extrem laut, dass das gesamte Zimmer dröhnte. Das Zimmer war deutlich abgewohnter und roch muffig im Bad. Auf dem Gang gab es deutlich mehr Lärm von Großfamilien - eine Mutter schickte ihre Kinder aus dem Zimmer während sie da wohl was reinigte und die Kinder spielten dann auf dem Gang fast 1 Stunde und tobten dort rum. Ich kann das Hotel daher nur noch eingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist nach wie vor das modernste und ich finde die Standardzimmer nach wie vor am schönsten dort. Ich würde beim nächsten Besuch auf ein Upgrade verzichten und die Nachbarzimmer eher aktiv auffordern ruhiger zu sein und nur umziehen, wenn es unbedingt sein muss. Der Pool ist immer mit Familien und Kindern besetzt und meist laut. Rooftoop Restaurant ist verwaist mit eindeutig zu lauter Musik.

Wenn Manado, dann nur hier
Pros:

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel mit einem schönen Pool und sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Hotel befindet sich etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtzentrum von Manado, aber man kann mit dem Taxi/Grab innerhalb von 10-15 min dort sein. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer sehr geräumig. Das Hotel war für uns eine Rückzugsoase vom leider recht dreckigen Manado.
