Pros:

Ich war zwei Wochen in dem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und arbeitet zügig. Ich konnte auch um 3 Uhr nachts einchecken ohne das Zimmer zu verlieren. Für mich sehr wichtig, eine 24 Stunden Rezeption.
Es gibt die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen und spät Abends einen kostenlosen Snack.
Die Matratze ist eher hart und nicht durchgelegen, was mir gefallen hat.
Das Hotel liegt in Korea Town, weswegen es in der Umgebung viele Koreanische Restaurants und Shops gibt. Ebenfalls zwei große Shopping Center, The Mixc und Aegean.
Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

Weitere Infos: Zum Bund braucht ca. 1 Stunde mit der Metro. Linie 10 ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Linie 9 dauert etwas länger.
Vom Flughafen Pudong ist es mit dem Taxi ungefähr eine Stunde. Mit der Metro sollte man mindestens 2+ Stunden einplanen.
Nachts kann es außerhalb des Hotels laut sein, weswegen Ohrstöpsel im Zimmer liegen. Da ich lange wachbleibe war es für mich auch ohne ok.
Man könnte Frühstück dazubuchen und es gibt kostenloses WLAN (nicht getestet)

Cons:

Für Allergiker wichtig: Einige Gäste halten sich nicht an das Rauchverbot in den Zimmern, weshalb es öfter im Gang nach Rauch riecht. Das Hotel hat da scheinbar keine Handhabe. Bei meiner Ankunft habe ich ein Zimmer bekommen, in dem wohl zuvor geraucht wurde. Es roch stark nach Rauch und selbst die Matratze, Kissen und Bettdecke rochen danach. Bei meiner Ankunft war das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht. Ich hatte vor das Hotel am nächsten Tag zu wechseln, da das für mich inakzeptabel war. Zum Glück konnte ich am Nachmittag problemlos das Zimmer wechseln.
Das Personal spricht wenig bis kein Englisch. Mit Apps ist es irgendwie machbar.

A Delightful Stay Again
Pros:

Not 1st stay at Atour. Not expecting that it is literally surrounded by Korean restaurants, cafes, fashions, supermarkets etc. Also it is close to a huge mall and a spoiled of delicacies. Starbucks, KFC, MacDonalds and 7-eleven are just around. The hotel also has a Night Porridge for hungry guests. I love the laundry service and always received back ironed and cleaned. But I am not certain if it is FOC as my bill has a property service charge added. Room pretty clean and without odd smell. Front desk staffs always polite and helpful. Some vegetarian food, a choice of oriental and west.

Cons:

The chair in the bedroom was heavy and created noise when pull along. Could offer some hand sanitizer would be great.

An amazing spot for your trip to Shanghai, close to the airport and train station and many restaurants.
Pros:

I shares the room with my brother. We had enough space, it was super clean, the bathroom was well equipped and the beds comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast delicious (Chinese style) and they were kind enough to let us in early, as we arrived in the morning.

Cons:

The reception is in the 5th floor and you really need to know that. Half asleep non speakers might struggle (at least we did for about 5 seconds). Get Didi before coming to China, otherwise the provided address here will be useless. Chinese taxi drivers don’t typically know the english names of the streets or Hotels. No issues with Didi though.
