Unfit for family stay
Pros:

Nothing much.

Cons:

Very poor maintenance, the bedsheets were soiled and dirty. Had to follow up multiple times to get it changed. No basic facilities like soaps in the bathroom. TV was not working in any of the rooms. Drinking water was not good. Staff were also not responsive enough.

Not safe . Shady place with some other activities going on

Nothing . They refused stay for family despite booking . The owner said rents out only to unmarried couples or bachelors. Definitely running some kind of sham there .its in the middle of nowhere so definitely not safe for a decent family stay . Not safe for women and children .

Extreamly bad, My wife and son were not able to stay there
Pros:

I booked the hotel for my wife and son, The condition of the hotel was so bad that they could not stay there. They took another hotel nearby. Wondering if I am eligible for a refund?

Dirty rooms and bath rooms nothing is functional. Please remove this property from your listing if you do not want to get comments like this

Starting from leaking taps, untidy pillows and bedsheets, dirty bed spreads, curled up pillows, dirty floor and totally unclean rooms. Bed was more like a boat which sinks in the middle.

staff was friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. I also appreciated how close it was to local spots—great for exploring but still nice and peaceful at night.
