The staff were amazing. We received a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. It is the cleanest Bali hotel I have ever stayed at. They have a free Balinese dance evening as well.
It is a bit further out of Candidasa than I thought but located in a peaceful laneway and an easy 10 minute walk to the village
We had a wonderful stay at The Ariras Resort.
The room was comfortable, clean, and very welcoming. Everything was well maintained and the entire resort was spotless.
The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.
The food was also excellent, with delicious meals and a great breakfast every morning.
We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Candidasa and would be happy to return in the future.

A peaceful haven with stunning views of the coastline & islands.
A restaurant with an evolving menu, eager to please a varied clientele.
Super, friendly staff all round, including one of the gardeners, who insisted on moving our loungers to suit our needs every day.
It was a 10-15 minute walk to the town, which isn’t far but, away from the coastal breeze, it was very hot.
Everything was amazing. The room was excellent and the bathroom. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so kind and personal. They made me feel very special.
Sometimes the bins going past my cottage in the morning or a bit loud, I think it was for Garden Maintenance or maybe cleaning.
Schön eingerichteter Bungalow und insgesamt sehr schöne Anlage. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker.
Die über das Hotel buchbaren Angebote wie Taxi und Scooter sind deutlich teurer wie wenn man sie anderswo bucht.

Bedroom was large size, air-conditioning was excellent, staff were attentive and a good choice for breakfast, Overall excellent value for money - will look forward to the new boardwalk on completion
Ubytování se nachází u pláže, nicméně až na pokoji v hotelu se z informačního papíru dozvíte, že na pláži probíhá stavba a pláž nemůžete využít. To by ani nevadilo, pokud by nás v šest ráno vás nevzbudil hluk bagrů a byli bychom informováni dopředu.

Terrible wifi
If you want tourists to return, the owner must upgrade to greater bandwidth. Simply not acceptable to go for long periods with no wifi.
