Ok for Short Stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel is within walking distance to Marmaray Train Station, Tram station, and eateries/shops.

Cons:

I was given a room #204. The toliet bowl cover was not fixed properly and I had difficulty to maintain its position while using the toilet. The room located facing the main road, noise from vehicles was unavoidable at all. Not recommended if you are light sleeper.

Pros:

It is a family run hotel, they’re amazing people! Helpful and friendly, with a good sense of hospitality.
The location is strategic, less than 1min to tramway stop

Пыльно, старое всё, кондиционер работал хорошо, лифт тоже, местоположение супер. Шум с дороги ужас, спать тяжело. За свою цену норм в целом

Sin privacidad en la habitación...se ve todo.
Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de lo lugares históricos y a 1 cuadra del tranvía, con el cual uno puede manejarse por gran parte de la ciudad.

Cons:

El la habitación no había privacidad, la cama daba al contrafrente, y había un enorme ventanal con la cortina blanca traslúcida, en la noche para cambiarse hay que apagar la luz para que de enfrente no se vea absolutamente todo 🤦‍♂️. Tuve que poner el respaldo de la cama y tapar un poco con el Placard la ventana... No sé porqué está así

Das Zimmer hat gestunken, die Ausstattung Heruntergekommen.
