An exceptional stay with outstanding staff, immaculate facilities, and attention to detail that made it one of the best
Pros:

Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, if not the best. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and immaculate.

The staff were the standout feature of the hotel. Despite me only speaking English, they were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, making everything easy and stress-free.

I also appreciated the little touches, such as the complimentary Rituals toiletries, which added a real sense of luxury. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Cons:

If I had to say anything, it’s that this hotel has probably raised my expectations for every hotel I stay in from now on! In all seriousness, I genuinely can’t think of anything to complain about. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the service, and I had a fantastic stay.
