Pros:

The hotel is nice. I liked the location, convenient underground parking, breakfast, and a Marina supermarket nearby. The pool is also nice, with sun loungers nearby for comfortable sunbathing. I'd especially like to mention the reception staff, Mohamed and Ismail. Both are incredibly friendly and genuinely eager to help with any questions you may have!

Tangier stay 2026
Pros:

Liked the services of Ismael ,person at reception on the day of Eid - 29th may,he went ahead and cooked us breakfast even when staff was not available.
His service was very good , we did late checkin but still he was available at night and did all the process smoothly.

Pros:

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. The location was perfect and close to all shops, cafes and many restaurants. Only a five minute drive away from the beach.

Cons:

Kitchen was poorly equipped and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Apparemment très grand mais malheureusement pas entretenu du tout ( prise électrique qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de press
Pros:

Le personnel a l’accueil était sympathique, surtout je jeune de nuit. Malheureusement ne parle pas le Français.
Au niveau de la restauration, vous devez leur dire bonjour 3 fois avant qu’on ne vous réponde. Petit déjeuner beldi souvent servi avec de produits pas très frais. Le jus d’orange était très bon.

Cons:

Apparemment très grand qui manque d’entretien.
Le personnel du petit déjeuner pas sympa du tout.

La gentillesse du personnel nous sommes arrivés très tard le ferry avait prit du retard !
Nous avons étés très gentiments accueillis nous avons puts garer nos motos dans le garage dans le sous sols de l’hôtel

Ce n'est pas indiqué que si on payait sur place avec la carte bancaire, des frais seront applicables. De ce fait, on paie un peu plus que ce qu'il était convenu à la réservation.
