If I could give this place a -0 I would
Pros:

Didn’t like anything about the property we went on our honeymoon worst experienced ever also they owe me money for two days which they refused to give to me and only refunded me for one day. We got put in a room where there was 2 beds. Instead of one double bed.

Would never stay here again or recommend it over priced waste of money

WiFi didn’t work in the room , the food was disgusting didn’t eat it in it and had to eat out daily for 2 weeks. Most staff were nice and friendly however I asked for a bigger room to upgrade I got told to come back next day doing so I then got told there was no availability even tho I asked to pay for it the day before to guarantee it. To be spoken to like an idiot by reception staff telling me I new the standard room was small iv never stayed here before so I wasn’t sure , juice was hit and constantly told no ice and my sons apple juice looked like a beer with a head on it

Wirklich super Hotel, Hoffentlich kommen wir nächstes Jahr nochmal.
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut. Personal ist echt Top!! Wir sind mit einem Mietauto gekommen, da kein Platz frei war, durften wir kostenlos in einer Parkgarage parken die 24/7 zugänglich ist und mit Kameras ausgestattet ist. Ein Fahrer hat uns dort hingebracht. Somit hatten wir vollstes Vertrauen zu dieser Parkgarage.
Essen war auch sehr gut.
Einchecken und auschecken ging untra schnell. Zimmer war wundervoll. Zwar hat paar mal die Klimaanlage ein wenig Probleme gemacht aber grundsätzlich war alles einwandfrei.

In diesem Hotel gibt es ein SPA (Buddha Hammam SPA). Die Masseurin Gamze hat bei meinem Freund die Verspannungen bei den Schultern gelöst und hat ihm auch seine Probleme an den Schultern erklärt. Durch ihre Beratung und ihrer Technik bei der Massage sind die Verspannungen und Schmerzen deutlich besser geworden. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an Gamze!! :)

Attraktionen am Meer sind wirklich auch super. Ich empfehle euch das Speedboat. Die Dame hat uns zu einigen Buchten gebracht wo wir auch mal schwimmen durften. Wirklich traumhaft schön.

Auch für Familien super geeingnet.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Turkey.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the amazing staff. The hospitality was exceptional, and every team member was friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

The room was beautiful, spotless, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The all-inclusive experience exceeded all our expectations, especially the food. There was an incredible variety of delicious, high-quality dishes, and every meal was a pleasure.

Everything about this hotel reflects luxury, comfort, and attention to detail. We stayed for two nights, and every moment was perfect.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey, and I will definitely come back again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Cracking I be back
Pros:

Clean to the point staff were so polite food variety was best I ever seen in MARMARIS so much so I will re book and recommend many others they were kind enough to upgrade me as I mentioned TOOM was not small for me
Overall they should be given 5 stars
Slight slight issue the mattress bit. Uneven maybe it was just mine
I have no complaints

Gerçekten şaşkınım 5 yıldızlı hotel ve beklentin yüksek oluyor ama odalar gerçekten 5 yıldızı hakketmiyor yataklar küçücük resepsiyona söyledim bütün odaların aynı olduğunu söylediler eşimle ayrı yataklarda yatmak zorunda kaldık sadece yatak değil küçücük tv vs odalarla kesinlikle ilgilenmeleri lazım gerçekten bu hotele daha güzel odalar hakkediyor

Загалом все сподобалось,але є деякі моменти,через що готель трошки не дотягує до 5*

Сервіс,харчування на високому рівні
Розміщення готелю і територія супер,зручні лежаки,красиві краєвиди,класна кавʼярня з смачною кавою
Ввічливий персонал,особливо Пилип на рецепції,допоміг вирішити всі питання,професіонал своєї справи

Cons:

В готелі погана шумоізоляція,не для всіх підходить гучна музика до 23 години
Захід в море з камнів,потрібно спеціальне взуття
Номери трішки потребують реставрації
