Necesita reforma urgente, si hubiera sido reembolsable sin dudarlo me hubiera cambiado, e incluso me lo plantee perdiend
Pros:

El desayuno bueno y abundante para el precio de la estancia y el personal muy atento y correcto, especialmente Samwel y Peter, los vigilantes de seguridad y conserjes.
La ubicación magnífica, porque es de los mejores espacios de la playa y estás en la misma arena.

Cons:

El alojamiento necesita muchas reformas, los baños de pena, sin presión en el agua, todo muy deteriorado, sin toallas de mano, sin vasos para los cepillos, una cortina cogida con un cable de acero, muy viejo, nada agradable.
Las camas no estaban mal en cuanto a colchón pero las almohadas de trozos de foam, distintas, nada cómodas.
La verdad no repetiría en esas condiciones.
No tiene un espacio para estar si hay tormenta o no quieres estar en la playa.

Incomparable avec Jambiani. Beaucoup plus vivant, pas de marée basse et meilleure ambiance
Pros:

Proximité de la plage qui est juste en face de votre chambre. Super restaurant juste en face de votre chambre et en bord de la plage. «  blue sea » Petit déjeuner raisonnable.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Den gebuchten Meerblick gab es nicht. Für die Preiskategorie könnte man zumindest ein baulich akzeptables Bad erwarten. Das angepriesene Highspeed WLAN gab es nur auf der Frühstücksveranda und Richtung Strand, im Zimmer selbst meist gar keins.

Emplacement à quelques mètres de la plage et transats mis à disposition

Cons:

Prix beaucoup trop élevé par rapport aux prestations, confort sommaire, lits pas confortables, salle de bain vétuste sans eau chaude quasiment, serviettes de toilette tachées et trouées, chambre donnant sur un restaurant sans vue sur la plage, mauvaise expérience concernant le service de blanchisserie de l’hôtel qui m’a rendu mon linge 1 jour plus tard que prévu et totalement mouillé..

Pros:

Sentralt hotell midt i nungwi og nær stranden. Hyggelig ansatte, selvom de er dårlig i engelsk.

Cons:

Badet var veldig slitt og virket skittent. Masse duftkuler som forsøk på å dekke over lukt på badet. Vasken holdt på å falle av og dusjhodet falt av. Aircondition stoppet å fungere halvveis i oppholdet. Ble tom for dopapir (fikk 1 dorull på 4 personer) ga beskjed på kvelden men måtte spørre på nytt morgenen etter.
Frokosten var bare ok. Alternativene er egg, frukt eller 2 pannekaker.

Excellent small beach hotel
Pros:

Pleasant, helpful staff, Great location, almost in the center and still on the beach, good for swimming, Safe and quiet for a woman traveling alone, security guard. Comfortable bed. Breakfast very good, tasty food, I also got enough water and coffee/tea/hot chocolate during the day. Water pressure in the shower good even for long hair. +mirrors. Very clean, although old.

Something needs to be invented, not local.
The beach chairs should be adjustable and the bushes should be cut so that the sea can be seen. And a bench for a suitcase, please xD

Nettes Hotel direkt am Meer
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und ein sehr engagierter Manager, er war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert.
Unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen (Badezimmer sehr alt, Duschkopf sollte erneuert werden, Meerblick durch vorliegendes Strandrestaurant eingeschränkt) und wir konnten gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis ins Kingsizebett-Zimmer mit tollem Meerblick umziehen. Frühstück war gut mit ausreichender Auswahl, jeden Tag gab es zwei große Flaschen Wasser ins Zimmer sowie Kaffee und Tee gratis. Alles war sehr sauber und die Anlage wurde von Security bewacht.

Ich wurde positiv überrascht.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt eine 10/10 und ich würde sofort nochmal dort übernachten.
Besonders gut hat mir das gesamte Personal gefallen. Der Security Guard war sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und 24/7 vor Ort. Er hat sich immer direkt gekümmert- wirklich ganz toll. Auch das Personal beim Frühstück war super lieb. Der Hotelmanager war auch total freundlich und stets vor Ort, sodass man immer einen Ansprechpartner hatte und sich sehr gut aufgehoben und sicher gefühlt hat. Es wurde auch immer nachgefragt ob alles unserer Zufriedenheit entspricht. Auch am Strand konnte man ganz toll und ungestört liegen.
Die Lage des Hotels war 10/10. Man war direkt am Strand aber auch im Zentrum der Stadt. Ich würde dort auf jeden Fall nochmal übernachten und es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Reasonable hotel right on the amazing beach
Pros:

Location at the amazing white-sand beach with some sunbeds and umbrellas provided for free and carefully maintained by the security guy who is always ready to help the guests.
The beach is really great. You can snorkel and even see some beautiful starfish. During the low tide (happening some days per month with the new Moon) you can even walk in coral shoes to see them - and then no need to book any boat trips for it :)
Good breakfast with different options that you can choose between or together, including fresh fruits, and some variety from day to day - you won't stay hungry.
There is also possibility to order lunch and dinner from the chef. The restaurant is on the pleasant terrace on the first floor.
The host and the staff is always ready to help in case of problems.
The rooms are good and can fit a big family. Beds have mosquito nets. Cleaning is daily and good.
Wifi is OK enough to browse and read.

Cons:

I would recommend to pay some more attention on prevention of small problems rather than fixing them. Some "testing checklist" for the personnel to make sure that the room is fully prepared for new guests could probably help to ensure the positive first impression of guests: e.g., hot water working, toilet flushing, A/C remote control working...
A cup of coffee from the espresso machine would be nice to have for breakfasts.
Internet is not sufficient to download streaming perfectly fast - probably a broader issue since my mobile internet did not succeed with it either. But you don't go for such a holiday for internet, anyway, unless you plan to work during it.

Der Aufenthalt dort war absolut in Ordnung, auch die Restaurants in der Nähe waren top.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, das Personal sehr nett.
Direkt am Strand, inklusive Liegen und Personal, welches aufgepasst hat, dass man nicht ständig belästigt wird, waren top.

Cons:

Am letzten Abend ist leider die Klimaanlage bzw. der gesamte Strom ausgefallen. Die Temperaturen im Zimmer waren deshalb fast unerträglich.
