Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, großes und ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den Park. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr ordentlich. Das Hotel ist rund 2 Kilometer vom Zentrum entfernt , allerdings hält der Bus quasi vor der Haustür und man ist schnell im Zentrum. Hinweis : die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind umsonst.

Cons:

Die Depothinterlegung von 50 € direkt beim Einchecken hat uns sehr verwundert. Ein Grund hierfür wurde uns nicht genannt. Es sei eine Vorgabe der Hotelleitung, hieß es.

Pros:

On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, although the pillows were too soft for my preference.

The location was quite far from the main city attractions, around a 20-minute walk, although there is a bus stop conveniently located just outside the property.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I found the staff to be quite unaccommodating. We were placed in the annex area, which did not have a lift. I had specifically mentioned that I have a medical issue that makes walking up stairs difficult, but when I raised my concern, I was told that I had chosen the room and that nothing could be done unless we paid an additional €100 per night to change rooms. I found the response rather disappointing, especially given that I had already explained my medical situation.

The wooden floor was also very creaky whenever we walked, and getting up to the second floor was quite difficult.

Overall, the facilities were reasonable, but the lack of understanding and assistance from the staff, particularly regarding my mobility issue, significantly affected our stay.

Net hotel aan de voet van een park, een aanrader voor een weekendje Luxemburg!
Pros:

Het is een zeer net hotel met ruime en stille kamers. De bedden lagen goed en de kamer was schoon. Voor ons kleintje hadden ze zelfs een knuffeltje klaargelegd, heel attent! Al met al een goed verblijf gehad.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was prima, maar persoonlijk had ik hier iets meer van verwacht.

Liked Luxembourg. Lovely and clean just a bit pricey but. It is Europe ⁹
Pros:

No breakfast was taken..location is good given the free bus system there makes the extended walk to pedestrian area great if walking is a problem but good location for people with no issues

Cons:

More open windows or air conditioner room was quite warm to sleep well
