Well located, excellent staff, very comfortable.
Pros:

The staff were very professional and accommodating. They made us a special simple breakfast with no hesitation.
The room was very clean and well appointed. Although our room was next to the restaurant, we had no noise issues.

This property can be improved. There is no air conditioning and this was not mentioned on the website. The rooms are small. The bathrooms are small and pokey. Be aware of the pictures especially if you are travelling from abroad and not a local to Sri Lanka. There were so many little things that could have made the experience better. Also it in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the street side markets. Be aware of this when booking. None of this was mentioned on the website.

Heel erg gehorig, in de ochtend hoor je alles qua voorbereiding ontbijt.

Pros:

Hotel is gerenoveerd, erg mooi. Personeel ook top. Ontbijt wordt geserveerd en je kunt wensen aangeven. Ligt erg centraal, op loopafstand van restaurants en winkeltjes

Cons:

Geen raam in kamer en wat vervelend was is de gehorigheid. In de nacht was het prima, maar je hoort letterlijk de buren praten en als het ontbijt klaargezet wordt hoor je alles.

Nádherný design hotelu. Hotel byl velmi čistý. Obsluha neuvěřitelní ochotná a milá. Velké děkuji Pradb Bala za to jak se o nás staral. Hotel velmi doporučuji, je v absolutním centru města. Jediný co bych vytkla byl večerní hluk z ulice.

Pros:

Kind and professional employees, quite new. Hotel room was generally good.

Wouldn’t recommend for longer than a night
Pros:

+ Great location for what we wanted
+ The rooms were clean and well maintained

Cons:

+ Staff seemed annoyed when we checked in not very welcoming and tried to charge a higher price for a taxi 2.5x the price of pick me rate.
+ Frequent issues with power when we called someone up to look they told us to just remove the key wait for a light and then put it back in. We woke 4x during the night to do this to keep our phones charged!

Friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful, gave us all the information we needed.
The location was perfect, right in the middle of the town and was good for our transit through to the train to Ella.
