Pros:

Raumaufteilung war sehr gut

Cons:

It was adequate, rooms were cleanish, but not good, location was good, but you get what you pay for.
Pros:

The location was good, very local to where we needed to be.

Cons:

Trying to get into the building was a nightmare, the keypad locks are awful and only work when they want to to work. The room was cleanish, cups had teabags left in them and empty shampoo bottles left in the shower. The carpets had been sort of hoovered. Shelf’s and rails were not cleaned on a regular basis. The room effectively did not have curtains. What was there only covered half of the bay window and were not lined. It was the first time I have seen the sunset through the curtains. And don’t mention the rather large rats that were on parade in the garden at night.

Awful
Pros:

Absolutely awful place, we stayed 30 minutes and asked to cancel the booking. Damp on walls, paint flaking off, awful smell, hot day and couldnt open windows, no curtains or blinds, lady who was on said she'd come back with basic tolietries, toliet roll, hand soap and disappeared. Felt so dirty even sitting on the bed. Would definitely not recommend!

Cons:

Everything

Not for me and overpriced
Pros:

Late check in and no need for people interaction you get a code for entering and your room door.

Cons:

Took a while to find as its not got a signage. The room wasn't very clean, bad smell in the bathroom and no fan for cooling so the room was very hot and stuffy. The TV runs off Wi-Fi and kept freezing. On leaving when it was daylight, the back area is overflowing bins and rubbish all over the outside. Its next to a pub so was very noisy around midnight.

Pros:

You get what you pay for!
There were six of us playing golf over two days so wanted one nights accommodation. £68 each for our own rooms was an acceptable price to pay. Easy walking distance into Southampton centre, and pay parking is available across the road from the rooms.

Cons:

Accommodation is a bit tired. It's basically an old building changed into a multi occupancy dwelling. Plaster is falling off the walls going up the stairs in a few places, but again I say you get what you pay for!
I was lucky and had a fan in my room but the other 5 said their rooms were stifling hot.
For one night's Accommodation knowing that we weren't spending much time in the room, other than to sleep, it was easily acceptable.
