Buena experiencia
Pros:

La atención de Olga la encargada, sublime, hace valer la estancia.

Tiene buena cercanía al centro, no complicado para llegar.

Nos prepararon un desayuno delicioso en el hotel.

No es un hotel de instalaciones nuevas, de hecho parece adaptación de casa, pero es cómodo.

Cons:

Si debo poner algo, puede ser las instalaciones que requieren mantenimiento en baños, pero es mínimo.

Pros:

La atención de quienes están al servicio es muy buena, son muy amables y atentos. Me sentí a gusto y segura estando ahí.

Cons:

En la habitación, el baño o las tuberías tienen un olor extraño, que no es tan agradable. Me imagino que con mantenimiento se soluciona.

Sólo el detalle de que falta de agua caliente.
Pros:

La ubicación y el trato es agradable, tambié las instalaciones.

Cons:

Durante mi estancia de dos día en mi habitación no hubo agua caliente y nunca se pudo solucionar.

Todo me gustó. Fácil de ubicar, el lugar estaba muy limpio, la atención de la Sra. Olga inmejorable, lo que ocupes, la señora Olga te lo resuelve al instante.

Cons:

Todo me gustó, hacia mucho frío pero la Sra. Olga nos proporcionó un par de cobertores más.

Good for plans with friends but no for rest, uncomfortable rooms.
Pros:

The staff was really kindness.
Location is good, near for the mineral of pozos downtown.

Cons:

The bathrooms are small and uncomfortable, also, they are connected to other rooms, this in addition to being unhygienic is annoying, since all the noise from neighboring rooms filters into the room.
Beds are uncomfortable and cold.
