C’est une baignoire douche comme je suis Grand, c’était un peu juste le tuyau de la douche juste ça mais bon c’est pas un problème
Lucas was awesome! He arranged anything that we needed, very helpful The scenery was amazing.We stayed in a pod that was very modern and clean with a great tub and very comfortable bed Location was great and they had scooters to rent to explore the area. Grab was also available and inexpensive
The food was just ok. It would have been nice if there was more storage for luggage and a place for hanging clothes and towels. A few more lights would have been helpful too.

The hotel is very worn and dated, the carpets were stained and ripped, no attention has been given to this hotel.

The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. Room was a good size and clean. Facilities in room and bathroom were good. Nice hotel. Was noisy outside, but that's Hanoi. And
Breakfast could have been better..more variety.
Nice location just a little bit out of town (for a bit of quiet) but only a 20-30 minute walk into the old quarter. Staff were super helpful and attentive and the whole property was good value for money. I'll definitely stay again.
