We had a very negative experience with this property.

After making a reservation through Booking.com, we were told upon arrival that they “couldn’t see” our booking due to a supposed system issue. They then asked us to cancel the reservation and suggested making the payment outside the platform, which is a major red flag.

On top of that, they tried to offer us a much worse room in the basement instead of the one we originally booked. The room was dirty and clearly not what we had agreed to.

A few minutes later, another couple from our country arrived and experienced the exact same situation. Apparently, we had both been booked into the same room with the jacuzzi. They were shown the same dirty basement room as an alternative and ended up sitting in their car trying to find another hotel.

We had just arrived after a long trip, exhausted and expecting to rest, but instead we were forced to deal with this situation and find another place to stay at the last minute.

Although we eventually received a refund and found alternative accommodation, the whole experience was stressful and disappointing. People should stay away from these liars.

Première fois de ma vie que je reste 1h dans un établissement. La chambre n'est pas du tout celle demandée. Il y a, comme le soulignent plusieurs autres commentaires, une belle tromperie entre les photos prises et le réel. Les chambres ne correspondent pas à celles sur les photos.
Nous avions demandé une chambre Deluxe avec fenêtre. Elle n'était disponible que le lendemain car un client avait finalement réservé une nuit de plus. Ce n'est pas mon problème ensuite ça sent le mensonge a plein nez. On a voulu nous donner une chambre à côté de la réception... On entend tout, la porte ne se ferme même pas à clé, c'est moche, sale..
Après plusieurs minutes à discuter avec eux, et encore j'avais de la chance d'être accompagné par ma compagne qui parle turc sinon j'étais foutu, nous avons réussi à obtenir le remboursement sans frais.
L'hôtel s'en fout clairement de bien nous accueillir, certains ne doivent malheureusement pas avoir le choix que de rester. Les notes sont extrêmement généreuses et bien gonflées. Faites attention !
Leur extrême rapidité a s'excuser et a accepter le remboursement gratuit sur Booking montrent bien qu'ils n'en sont pas a leur coup d'essai. Cela doit suffire pour certaines personnes à passer l'éponge et à ne pas laisser de commentaires négatifs. Ce ne sera pas mon cas désolé...

Et pour finir plusieurs personnes nous ont dit que nous avons bien fait de ne pas rester dans ce quartier qui craint la nuit.

Faptul că nu mi s-a dat camera pe care am rezervat-o,ci una mult mai mică și jalnică .În trei zile nu s-au făcut deloc curat.

Bekommen habe ich ein kleines zimmer mit 10m2 und preislich hat sich nichts geändert...
Mir wurde gesagt das der Fehler bei booking lag das booking die Preise verwechselt habe.
Ein bett was mit Bettwanzen beffalen ist konnten die Nacht nicht schlafen Juckreiz am ganzen Körper...
Kann ich keinen weiter empfehlen

Staff was complete liars. There wasn’t any freezer in the room, there’s no fresh air in the room as well, Staff will try to scam you every single time. Air conditioning is not working. Very bad place to stay in

Unfortunately, the parking area was full.

I didn't know I needed to give advance notice for parking.

They never gave us the room we reserved and paid for. First a horrible, dirty, dark room in the basement and after 2 nights they gave us a super small room for 2 people. So we canceled our stay and came back home earlier than planned. Low budget hotels are fine and we didn't have high expectations, but they cannot lie about the accommodations and write every bullshit in their web pages.
