A bit far away
Very good breakfast included. Like the convent vibe: Simple rooms, but nice. Beds very comfortable.

Historic manor, Virgin Mary sanctuary, saint Joseph monument, landscape, garden of the sisters, the beautiful landscaping all around, the lake view room, epic moon light beam, beautiful sunrise and sunsets, charming restaurant, buffet style meals, event space and venue, ample parking, comfortable mattress, windows that open, AC in my room, tasty fresh and home made feel meals, decor, ambiance, water vapour at the front and water jug, gift shop, art all over the walls
Some amenities unavailable such as the pool and masseuse. Halal meat option would be great at the buffet dining as well or shrimp offering.

Réservation erronée sur le site et lit très petit alors que j’avais demandé 2 lits simples, j’ai eu 1 lit double mais nous ne voulions pas partager un lit.
L'environnement est super bon. Au bord du fleuve. C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer un séjour spécial
Le partenariat que l'hôtel a avec les site web de réservation comme le booking est terrible pour non dire indescriptible. Tu sélectionnes une chambre avec salle de bain privée. Après réservation, ils t'envoient une confirmation de réservation avec une chambre à salle de bain commune. C'est épouvantable comme expérience client. Ce genre de partenariat en affaire mérite d'être aboli sinon vous aurez pas mal de potentiels clients ou meilleurs clients qui vont boycotter votre hôtel à cause de ces sites de réservation qui font très mal leur job. J'en ai discuté avec la réceptionniste qui était même gentille mais quelque chose mérite d'être faite pour l'intérêt des clients et de votre business. J'ai du louer une autre chambre dans un autre hôtel parce que je ne pouvais pas supporter l'état de la chambre qui m'a été offerte à mon arrivé.
