良かったです！
Pros:

予約時は喫煙部屋しか予約できず、たばこは吸いませんが予約しました。チェックインの時にたばこは吸わないことを何となく伝えると禁煙部屋に変更してくださいました。
朝食は美味しかったです。定食みたいで私は好きでした。

Pros:

Front desk staff was polite. Room is simple but comfortable.

Cons:

A bit expensive for what it is, but all of kitami is the same. Some time smell very bad, the air purifier is clearly too old and puts out a bad smell. Solved by opening the window.

朝ごはん美味しかった
Pros:

部屋は古さはありますが、清掃がきちんと行き届いていて快適でした。私はハウスダストアレルギー持ちで、宿泊するホテルによってはエアコンをつけた直後にくしゃみが止まらなくなるのですが、東和ホテルさんは空調もgoodでした。朝食は和、洋、おかゆを選べる形式で、和食を選択しましたが、たくさんの小鉢に煮物や焼物など色んな食材が入っていて、とっても健康的で、朝食有を選択して良かったと思いました。受付の方の対応も丁寧で感じが良かったです。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

良くなかったという訳ではないのですが、部屋の鍵が昔ながらの鍵です。カードタイプに慣れている人は驚くかもしれません。

また宿泊したくなるホテル
Pros:

スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。
お部屋も清潔で、過ごしやすかったです。
繁華街も近くてよかった。食事もボリュームがあり、
美味しいものが沢山出ました。

Pros:

古い施設ではあるけど手入れと改装は十分になされており、全体の印象は全く悪くない。
後はシステムバスはそろそろ新しい方が良いのではないか？
大浴場がないのは仕方がないのでぜひご検討いただければと願う。

Cons:

ツインの禁煙に宿泊しましたが、内装のセンスが如何なものか。
