A wonderful and relaxing stay! 🐪🇲🇦
Pros:

stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel was very comfortable and perfectly located, just a 5–7 minute walk from the main square. Although it is on a busy road, the noise didn’t bother us at all. In fact, it was much quieter than we expected after reading some reviews, and we had no trouble relaxing or sleeping.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. A special thank you to Jamal from reception, who was truly amazing! He gave us lots of useful information about Marrakech and the local culture. He also helped us resolve an important issue with an activity booking, which we really appreciated. His kindness and willingness to help made our stay even better!

Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing stay and left with wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ❤️🇲🇦🏜️

Lovely staff. Close to tourist area if it's your first time visiting.

Cons:

1. On arrival there was a number to call on the door - I didn't have mobile internet so I had to pay money on my phone to message them (why not send the check in on booking?!?) . Irony I should have just knocked harder on the door.
2. 2 nights on the trot I was woken approx 1am with squealing guest chatting to reception. Corridor is echoey and you hear every noise. I was up at 5.30am and had to listen to guests screaming at how happy they were. It's so annoying. The main guy was so helpful with my stay but the things that were wrong were probably out of his reach.

Il y a t’il un pilote dans l’avion.

Bien situé à quelques minutes à pieds de l’action.

Cons:

Je n’ai jamais vu le ou la préposée au nettoyage en 4 jours,j’ai du me procurer une serviette dans un casier près de ma chambre,pas de savon,la climatisation était défectueuse dès mon arrivée,je l’ai rapporté à la réception mais jamais réparé.

La posizione è ottima e il personale gentile.

Cons:

Da fare attenzione a non farsi ingannare dalle foto sul sito con camere con finestra e balcone perché poi, come è successo a me, ti viene assegnata una stanza senza finestra, con un piccolo finestrino in alto che da al corridoio interno! Sporca e con dentro praticamente niente.Sembra una cella di un carcere. Sconsigliatissimo!
