La habitación muy linda y cómoda.

Cons:

El ruido. Se escucha todo a través de las paredes de la habitación. Sobre todo si estás en planta baja, cuando la gente baja a desayunar.

Pros:

La pequeña piscina en la azotea te salva del calor sofocante de Cartagena y el hotel está cerca de todo: centro histórico, muelle, restaurantes, farmacias, etc. Cuentan con secador y agua caliente, cosa que me preocupaba mucho por lo que había leído en Internet. La televisión es una smart tv, por lo que pudimos disfrutar de nuestras series antes de ir a dormir. La habitación dispone de una pequeña ventana que da como a un patio interior donde no hay nada, pero al menos ventila y entra algo de luz. Sino sería muy claustrofobico. Los desayunos los preparan con mucho detalle y tienes opciones distintas para elegir.

Cons:

Hubo un problema con el pago no sé por qué y me dijeron que tenía 180 minutos para resolverlo o cancelaban la reserva. Al final pude pagar con Bold a través de un link. No me dejaban pagar en el hotel. Solo limpian tu habitación si lo indicas, sino pasan de largo y no miran muy a fondo porque se terminó el papel del wc y no lo repusieron. Te ofrecen que compres agua en el hotel, pero no te explican que tienen una fuente de agua fría y caliente de la que puedes rellenar tu botella. Por la noche hay bastante ruido para poder dormir. Te ofrecen tapones gratis, pero creo que no es la solución. Deberían insonorizar el hotel, ya que se trata en teoría de un hotel de alta categoría o al menos por el precio pagado así debería ser. El turismo parece estar demasiado enfocado al turista europeo "nórdico" y es todo fiesta que te impide descansar si estás en el barrio de Getsemaní.

Staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast was great and location is central to everything you need and walk to. A bit noisy due to all the rooftop discos but not horrible

Pros:

Nice breakfast, updated room

Cons:

Super noisy, if u plan on not sleeping, this is the place. Constant noise from the street, cars and music and also the walls in the hotel are gypson so you hear your neighbor caughing or talking. Super tight quarters. No parking and the one in front of hotel costs about 25 USD per day so be cognicant.
