Z powodu rzekomego braku prądu zostaliśmy przeniesieni do innego hotelu. Pokój był mały i ciemny zamiast dużego z balkonem. Na piętrze trwał remont klatki, a basen był odkażany i nie można było z niego korzystać. Po napisaniu reklamacji do hotelu, otrzymałem propozycję rekompensaty w kwocie 25% na co się zgodziłem. Niestety minęło 6 tygodni i nie ma zwortu ani kontaktu w tej sprawie. Wstyd. Nie polecam.

Lástima que no fueron más días!
Pros:

Desayuno inmejorable! Excelente ubicación para asistir a los Congresos en el Centro de Convenciones de Cartagena.
Pero lo mejor de todo fue disfrutar del resultado del empeño que le han puesto sus Socias, para que funcione muy bien y sobre todo, de la Atención, Diligencia y del Cariño de las Personas que día a día hacen de la estadía un placer! Gracias a Génesis, Candy, Kevin, José, Pazzy y Orlando!

Von der Decke (!) tropfte kontinuierlich Wasser auf das Bett. Aber dank der Freundlichkeit des Manager könnte ich ohne Mehrkosten am nächsten Tag auschecken

Hotel lindo y bien ubicado.
Pros:

Habitacion muy linda, bien decorada, Smart TV grande y funcional, cama muy comoda, personal muy atento, excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Todo perfecto, solo el aire acondicionado no funcionaba al 100, refrescaba leve.

Au cœur de Getsemaní
Pros:

L’hôtel est joliment décoré, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
Climatisation, serviettes de bains et piscine, peignoirs, tout a été pensé pour votre séjour.
Le petit déjeuner est servi au rdc de l’hôtel, choix sur une carte variée.

Cons:

L’hotel est situé sur sur une des rues très passantes de Carthagène ainsi qu’un Karaoké et un Rooftop très bruyant (musique très forte jusqu’à tard…)

Localização absurdamente boa. Perto do centro histórico e pertinho das ruas badaladas de Getsmani.

Cons:

Faltou iluminação natural no quarto que fiquei. O cheiro de abafado ficou bem forte pra mim( tenho rinite então sou muito sensível, outras pessoas podem não sentir absolutamente nada. Então considero essa parte da avaliação algo muito pessoal e subjetivo).
