Pleasant Stay in Bacalar
Pros:

Easy to check-in was a last minute booking. Great location we could park and walk to explore the area. very quiet and comfortable for our one night stay.
Facilities was clean .

Cons:

the bar wasn't fully operational but we were told upon check in so we were able to make do and a convenience store was close by

Très bonne adresse
Pros:

Nous avons dormi dans une très belle chambre avec balcon. Le personnel est à l’écoute, efficace et le petit-déjeuner copieux. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est pratique car il est un peu à l’écart du centre pour plus de calme.

Pros:

It was a lovely room, comfy bed, very spacious, we had the room with a private tub and it was so nice to jump into after a long day! It was a little bit of a walk from the central plaza but it is a pleasant 15 minute walk along one straight road so it was fine.

Cons:

We liked everything, my only suggestion would be to send a message with the tours they provide before the stay. The hotel has access to tours that are a lot cheaper than Get your Guide and we would have booked more with them if we had known.

Pros:

La localisation, la chambre est épurée, la piscine et le copieux petit déjeuner

Cons:

Les draps étaient petits, le personnel sauf les personnes s’occupants du petit déjeuner étaient peu souriantes, la literie était petite

Bonne literie, propreté, personnel chaleureux et bon emplacement

Cons:

Extrêmement mal insonorisé car chambre dans le corridor d’entrée à côté de la piscine et du restaurant qui raisonnent énormément.
Nous n’avons pas déjeuné sur place car le petit déjeuner proposé est médiocre et cher pour ce que c’est.
Les serviettes de chambre ne sont pas changées.
Pas de porte de salle de bain pour l’intimité.
Manque un sèche cheveux, c’est censé être du 4 étoiles….

Buena opción si no te afecta caminar mucho
Pros:

Me gustó mucho que las habitaciones son muuuy espaciosas, que el WC está aparte de la regadera, la regadera también es muy amplia. ME ENCANTÓ que en cuanto entras al hotel huele rico a limpio, al igual que las habitaciones. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

No hay servicio de comida, solo desayunos, la alberca no es taaaan amplia y tiene escalones que dificulta nadar.
No es malo peeeero solo es considerar que no está tan cerca del centro de bacalar, son aprox 20 minutos caminando ya que las cuadras son muy grandes.

Buen lugar
Pros:

La ubicación es muy céntrica, el personal es amable, están abiertos en recepción 24/7. Las habitaciones son limpias, el agua de la regadera tiene buen flujo.

Entorno silencioso.

Cons:

Las almohoadas son un poco incómodas, parece que las mismas toallas que se usan para el piso al salir de la regadera, son las de las manos.

Booking muestra que incluye desayuno continental, pero en realidad debes validar al contratar la habitación, que estés pagando el paquete con desayuno. De lo contrario puedes pagar en el lugar.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade mit Balkon gegeben, da es mit den Kindern sonst etwas eng geworden wäre. Darüber haben wir uns wirklich sehr gefreut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und insgesamt sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fanden wir auch, dass es viele verschiedene Lichtquellen gibt, wodurch das Zimmer sehr angenehm beleuchtet werden kann.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls super – der Steg ist fußläufig erreichbar und man hat alles, was man braucht, in direkter Nähe. Vor Ort kann man auch eine tolle Bootstour buchen. Außerdem gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, was wirklich perfekt ist.
Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, da es uns für das, was angeboten wird, etwas teuer erschien. Allerdings ist es überhaupt kein Problem, außerhalb sehr lecker frühstücken zu gehen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist in Dusche und Toilette getrennt, was wir persönlich etwas unpraktisch fanden. Außerdem war der Ventilator in unserem Zimmer kaputt – in den anderen Zimmern scheint er aber funktioniert zu haben, daher war das vermutlich nur ein Einzelfall.
Den Pool haben wir nur wenig genutzt, da er leider nicht ganz so sauber wirkte. Insgesamt hat das unseren Aufenthalt aber nur wenig beeinträchtigt.

Fijn hotel voor een paar nachten. Schone en ruime kamers met lekker ontbijt

Vriendelijk personeel. Schone en ruime kamers. Groot bed. Lekker ontbijt en je wordt fijn geholpen als je een tour over het meer wilt.

Cons:

Locatie ligt 15 minuten lopen van centrum, in het donker moet je goed uitkijken waar je loopt als je a ‘s avonds vanaf het centrum terugloopt.
