Pros:

As always, a pleasant stay! The location is ideal for walking to St. James & being on a side street, allows for quiet. The room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed. The personnel were very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful & they even offered to make us omelettes, as well as cappuccinos free of cost (the machine coffee tasted instant). They have better secured their private parking lot so plenty of places.

Hotel, osoblje i lokacija za svaku pohvalu
Pros:

Hotel je čist i uredan, sobe prostrane i ugodne. Prekrasan ambijent i lijepa terasa ispred hotela dodatno upotpunjuju boravak. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno i uslužno, a parking se nalazi odmah ispred hotela. Lokacija je odlična, u samom centru Međugorja. U sobi su nas dočekali voće, voda, kava i čaj – sve za svaku pohvalu.

the original stay was cancelled due to technical issues with the hotel but everything was handled perfectly moving us to their related Hotel Grace which is even nicer without a price increase.
